Today was my first experience with aptive. Ben and Vinnie were my professionals and they did a phenomenal job. Took the time to explain what was going to happen, worked around my work schedule and were excellent to deal with.

My name is Arturo H. Today was my 1st service we had Angel R. And he did a great job! We had a wasp problem and he took care of it

My service guy Angel R was fantastic! He was on time even though I totally forgot about my appt., and waited for me. He did everything quickly. Now I just have to wait and see what happens. As long as I have no bugs, this company is good with me!

Angel R just left my home he was very professional let me know step by step with the process ALREADY LOVING THE SERVICE THIS FAR.

Robert was very professional and knowledgable. He proceeded to ask if there were children under 12 months before treating inside the home. I have a two month old, it can still be done but you must be out of ten home for two hrs. I decided to opt out of treating the inside until my baby is a bit older. Thanks Robert!

I had 4 very professional workers come by, Mario R, Robert L, Angel R and Oscar A. That was the fastest pest control service I've had. They were polite and answered all of my questions

i called at 11:30 about an ant issue and by 1:00 Ben and Vinnie were at my door. they were very friendly and professional. not only did they address the ant issue but they also brushed all along my house for spider webs and checked for other problems I might not have noticed. they could have sprayed for the ants and been on their way, esp since its 100 degrees out. they went above and beyond.- Ryan J

James Melton came to our house for the first visit. He was professional, nice, explain what he was going to do. I like that this company gave me a actually contract and made sure that everything was in order before he left.

Angel came today for our first service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast and professional.

James Melton was fantastic! He was professional, prompt, and absolutely courteous. He did a great job spraying the outside of my house. I could not let them pray the inside of my house because I didn't want my daughter's hedgehog harmed with the poisons. James understood this and made up for it by adding some extra options for protection on the outside of my house. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Aptive. - Christopher D.

I had Jeremy V, Oscar R and Mario R. come to my house for my first treatment today. I was very impressed with the professionalism and pride that they showed in their work. Each person was nicely dressed and looked very professional. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the product's and services that they were providing to me. Everything that they did was completely explained to me and all of my questions were answered. They all three got right to work and my home was treated in no time at all.

Angel R., Mario R., and Jeremey V. were all very professional and friendly. They had a great knowledge of their profession and I fell very comfortable with the job they did and will continue to do in my home.

Ben and Vinnie were great! Very friendly, informative and professional. There are also very knowledgeable about pest control chemicals and how to use them.

Both Don the salesperson, and Angel R, the service tech were extremely professional and respectful. Angel R showed within a couple of hours of signing up and explained the process thoroughly, and we walked the house to see where he was going to set a bug barrier. Answered all of my questions and helped me out a lot. Great service and company!!!
