We had Careem come out for the initial check and spray on our home..he did a fantastic job! He was Very thorough, took his time, asked questions, and made sure we were happy. He let us know what he did after he was done. I feel like we joined a great company to protect our home from creepers!

Careem came today for my first visit. He was great. He actually arrived early, addressed my pest concerns with me, and worked very efficiently and thoroughly. So far my experience has been awesome and I look forward to continuing to use their services.

The price is very reasonable for the service which was crucial in our decision to begin service. Ben B. was easy going, really friendly , and easy to talk to...it was great to have that ease with having a stranger in our home. If you are a woman, cautious of strangers, and don't answer the door unless someone else is home...ask for Ben B.

Ben was great!He explained what he was going to and then he did it.I appreciated the fact that my home and yard were well protected.I would recommend this service.

Angel R came out and was very quick and efficient. Explained what he was going to do and was friendly with our dog

Just had my first service with Aptive our Tech Angel R was on time like i was promised. He answered all of my questions and put my wifes mind at ease he did an awesome job i would definitely recommend his services

This was my first experience with Aptive. While they may be just another pest control company their techinican, Ben B., provided what I feel was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had with a 'bug man'. We are a large family with over 5 children in the household and anyone with a family of that size can sympathize with the stress and embarrassment of having an unknown person come into every room of your house. He made us feel so comfortable. He was knowledgeable and even answer the MANY questions my kids kept shooting at him. He made us feel at ease with out situation and calmed my wife's concerns for our 8 month old baby. He was not only knowledgeable, professional and courteous, he was reassuring and lifted our confidence that if we needed Aptive that they would be there.
