Robert and Bailey did an amazing job today. They where on time, very polite, and this is the best pest control company in Vegas.

Robert is a very professional technician. He was not just on time but actually a little early which worked out great. He also wasted no time after verifying service agreement got right to work around the property and inside. He was also very open and understanding to the concerns i had with my pets and understood what i wanted. i couldn't be happier with Aptive and it is due to the way Robert handled my needs.

Cody was on time and answered all my product questions about what was being used and why. He explained how it works and where it was being placed and that the granules had to be watered in to work better.

Angel R. did an outstanding job with our initial service. Was courteous and explained what he was doing along the way and had good recommendations on what we could do to in combination with the treatment to minimize any pest/insect issues.

Robert was a great technician, he was also very friendly and listened to to all my concerns.

My service professional Careem was very friendly! He explained every step of his process to me. He was very thorough. I hadn't been using a service until a representative came to my door and explained everything they were going to take care of. Last year we had a few scorpions in the house and I didn't want to deal with that again! If you see bugs between services they will come out for an additional service call.

So I have always sprayed my home by myself because I didn't believe in a bug service. But my wife had convinced me that we needed it. We just had our first service today and aptive's technician Angel R came out was very prompt he did an awesome job was extremely thorough and even showed up early. Overall I would recommend his business.

I was a little concerned about changing pest control services. I have 2 dogs and a Koi pond and anything can affect or injure them. Donovan P did my first aptive service. Very courteous, professional and friendly. Went through paperwork with me, explained what he would be doing and then went to work. He was more thorough than the previous service, was very pleased with what I saw him do. I believe the choice of changing to aptive Environmental was a good move and I would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. Great job Donovan and kudos to Joaquin for nearly talking me into changing service.

Ben and Bailey were the perfect guys to service our house! They knew what they were talking about and informed us of what to expect since we just moved to this area from another state. Good guys that got the job done!

Robert arrived early for our appointment. He was so professional and personable. He was eager to help and answer questions. He was thorough in explaining the agreement and what to expect. I was so pleased when he explained the service policy and the service Active was going to provide. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

We just had the initial service with this company. The team did a fantastic job.

The technician, Careem was very friendly, not like Mike Tyson, which Careem looks like him. Hahaha. He was on time for the service (15 minutes early) and took care of my house in and out. Declan Smith who came to my house the day before to sell the product/service to me, actually did a wonderful job. I'm now an Aptive Environmental's client. So far so good. Knock on wood.
