Nako did an AMAZING job. Love this company, love their product, service flexibility, service members, and the result. I have 3 small children and have recently moved to Las Vegas from Chicago. I was not prepared for the arachnids that come with living in the desert. Not only was the product active immediately, it lasted through the quarter to the next service date. I know my home and my children are safe and that's worth every penny.

Ben Morales did a great job on my quarterly service. He is extremely professional. I am more than pleased with Aptive's service.

It's hard to believe that these other reviews are real because of the total lack of service me and my family have received. Seemingly nice in the beginning. They never called before coming to our home. Not thorough while spraying our house. Charged our account without giving us the service we paid for. then still gonna charge us a huge fee because we are cancelling. Total rip off.

Nako Grillet came to service my house today. He was very attentive, professional and accurate. I liked very much how he performed his job. When he finished i tried to tip him and he courteously refused to accept it. We would like aptive to keep staff like him. Genaro D.

Had my first external Aptive Environmental pest control treatment this past weekend. Ben Morales arrived on time Saturday morning (at the beginning of the 2 hour time slot). Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He spent time with me explaining exactly what he was going to do, how he does it and the chemicals he was using. Am very pleased with the service and the price.

the service pro was very informative on what process he was doing. he answered our concerns as well as he can.

My first impression of this company is that there Employees are on time and completely know what they're talking about I My Service PRO was Cody (form New York). Despite it being 110 degrees outside his professionalism did not let the heat change his attitude. He got every nook and cranny of the outside, and inside perimeter of my home. He also found a scorpions hide out and sprayed extra in that location for my satisfaction. Overall great first visit. Very impressed that they were on time; that goes a long way with me.

Robert was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and a very nice person. He has a great work ethic and I was happy to be serviced by him.
