This company was awesome very professional great customer service. Very helpful gave a lot of great advice on how to care for our equipment and save money on utility bills. Was extremely quick getting us an appointment. Would recommend to everyone.

THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! I came home on a Friday, Labor Day weekend at that at 4 in the afternoon and it was 95 degrees in my house! I called Roy Rogers and he came out to my house and got my a/c working again. He didn't try and sell me a new a/c and furnace unit like most companies do. The prices were EXCELLENT and I will definately do business with him again. I can't imagine using anybody else other than Roy Rogers for my heating and air needs again.

I called for an air conditioning repair for my rental property on a Friday night and he was able to be out there for my tenants as soon as possible! Made it out first thing the next morning (offered to come that night) and did the repair for a very reasonable price and then called me to explain what he did since I couldn't be there. Great customer service! I will use him again!

This was by far an experience I was not expecting. I went into this very skeptical because I knew (or thought I knew) the price would be high and overpriced for whatever I needed done. I researched who to call and on advice of a friend I contact Roy by email and he promptly called me back. He came out and looked at my system the very same day we talked. He knew exactly what was wrong with my system and although he had to return the next day with a replacement part he did not have on his truck- he was very prompt in calling and coming back to repair my air conditioner. Roy even took the time to de-weed the side of my home, which I know is over and beyond. His prices are very reasonable and affordable, I could not believe it. I was ready to go the remaining days of the summer with A/C....but Roy put a stop to that. He does not pressure you into buying things or services that you do not need, he is honest, straight forward and will fix only what needs to be fixed to get your system back operating. He is very friendly and presentable when he shows up. I would suggest anyone looking to get their system repaired or replaced to please, please, please give him a call and I know you will satisfied with his service.

No air conditioning looking all day for service and finally found roy rogers heating and air. He arrived within thirty minutes. He had my air back on in two hours He left my house at 11:30pm . GREAT service tech . The Repair fit my budget. Thanks Roy!!!!!!

Roy came on short notice on a Saturday afternoon, fixed the problem, showed us how to clean the A/C unit, gave us some other tips about setting the thermostat and didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. The price was very reasonable and he seemed honest, trustworthy and very professional. I would definitely recommend Roy Rogers Heating and Air. I will definitely use him in the future for my investment properties as well.

Roy arrived in a timely fashion, fixed the problem, and didn't charge an arm&leg like the other guys. I would recommend him for any HVAC job. He did a great job thanks Roy.

My cooling unit went down last night. Today around 12pm I called roy to service my unit he showed around 3pm and quickly got to work and not only did he do that he took extra step to make sure is job was done greatly and all for a great price as well I will call him any I have a problem with my unit.

This is a very good buisness if you need your heating and air done right!!! They are always on time and the are lisceneds and bonded Very well mannered and if you want the job done right and no problems later CALL THEM ROY ROGERS HEATING AND AIR located out of indianapolis you can find them in the yellow pages !!! If you wanna save on your energy bill call them they will tell you how ARE YOU REALLY HOT call them they can fix the problem at resonable rates. Roy came and installed a brand new air conditioner and furnace in my home and they were on time and got straight to work and its affordable and also will be saving money on my electric bill so give them a call they are the best BETTER THEN ANY OF THE REST !!!!!!!!CALL ROY

Found out AC was out at 9pm on Friday night. I knew we were in for a HOT weekend so I immediately started calling three of the well known heating and air companies in Indianapolis. None of them answered their emergency lines. I went on craigslist and read the review for Roy Rogers and called him. He answered and was at the home at 8am on Saturday. He gave me a list of possible issues and then worked to find the cheapest solution. Turns out is was a bad capacitor that had just been replaced by another company just a few months back. He did not charge an emergency or weekend fee and had the unit back up and running within an hour. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of heating and air work. He has great rates and has done a great job.

All of the positive reviews are TRUE! Called @ 1:45 on a 90 plus day and he was there by 7pm with a temporary fix done by 7:30 on a very old air system and he still had two others appointments to see after us. He was back two days later to do the permanent fix. Very Happy with the service and the rates. Will definitely use this company in the furture. Found our goto heating and air company with Roy.

Roy came to our rescue on a 96 deg ( 113 with heat index ) day. He responded promptly and arrived within 2 hours even though I was a first time customer. He made a diagnosis and worked with me to allow for a second opinion with the company we have been with for 17 years ---- they installed all our equipment and serviced them over the years. He came back the following day and his price was much lower than the other company. It was extremely hot, not the best conditions to work outdoors. Very professional and I was well informed of everything he did. This was a first for me for sure. Thank you Roy.

I would like to thank Roy for a great job on fixing my AC unit. Roy had to come to my place twice due to him not having access to the rooftop unit (my fault), and he was at my place within a couple of hours the very same day without notice both times!! He did not charge me a second service charge. The second time around, he had access to the condenser on the rooftop, and got the job done right! My loft is now ice cold just the way i like it. Roy worked with my budget (trust me) and made me a very, very happy customer. I'm now gonna use him as heating/cooling maintenance guy! He is professional, very reasonable, and punctual. I would highly recommend him.

Used service in June. Had been told by two larger companies that a/c unit was unable to be fixed and would need to be replaced for the bargain prices of $5000-$6000. Roy Rogers came out same day called, fixed unit for $400. Will never use any other service again.

I contacted Roy to complete an A/C tune-up and repair on a unit that I have located in Anderson, IN. He was able to come to the site and complete a full tune-up and identify what the problem was in regards to the unit not blowing cold air. After repairing the problem, my unit was blowing cold air so much that we had to turn the system down to even out the temperature.



In saying this, I have to state that I recommend Roy Rogers HVAC organization for doing an excellent job in a timely manner and to add, at an EXCELLENT price that superseded all of the competitors quotes.



I liked his services and professionalism so much that I am looking at obtaining his business for other projects that I have on the list of task to do for the summer.

Roy came out to look at our a/c unit. The unit is around 40 years old. Most companies would not even work on it. They just say replace it... which is very expensive! Roy ordered a part for the unit and when that part wouldn't work because of the age of our unit,he went out of his way to find a place that could rebuild the part we had. He worked quickly to get the part put in and didn't charge any more for the extra time spent on the repair. Our a/c works great now! We will definitley call him again for any future problems. He is honest and provides excellent service at a great price.
