Roy visited our home over some air conditioning issues we were having! I found Roy to be very thorough in what he does, he listens to the customer and his responses are in terms that you completely understand! He is willing to help and negotiate in any way that is helpful to a customer! Most of all I found his timely arrival and patience with us to be amazing! I would recommend calling him for any heating and air issues you may have as you will be quite pleased with the outcome of his work and his work ethics!!

Roy Rogers provided GREAT service to me and my family! I was given his name by my aunt who has had great experiences with his service. I called him on a Sunday evening because my air stopped working and the temperature in my house kept rising. He was at my house within 30 minutes and had the problem solved and fixed within an hour. He was very polite and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Roy Rogers is very professional and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

This guy is great!! We called Roy after getting home from a late work day to an 86 degree house! Roy came out in no time and not only fixed the problem, but he also showed us what was wrong, and what to do should it happen again... he was very knowledgable, polite, timely and reasonably priced!! We will keep his card and pass on his name to EVERYONE we know!!!

Roy Rogers provides excellent service at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone. He explains everything thoroughly and doesn't try to sell you on something that isn't needed. Great service! Called on a day with temps well over 100 degrees and Roy was at my home within an hour, in the evening at that, to diagnose the problem. Part was in first thing next morning and within 12 hours of AC out, I was back in fine running order. Very reliable, flexible and knowledgeable about the work being performed. I highly recommend his servies to any and everyone. A+++ Service and experience!

Roy Rogers is the best!! After two other company's inspected my AC I was told I needed a bigger AC unit and A-coil. Roy took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the problem. After getting into my crawlspace he discovered the whole bootom of the duct-work was rusted out and most of the cool air was going directy into the crawlspace. He was back on saturday to fix the problem with no extra charges, Wow it feels cool in here. Thanks, Roy Rogers!!!!

I would recommend Roy Rogers to everyone! I am confident in his knowledge and honesty. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure my unit was in good working order above what the job required. His charges are very reasonable. It was a blessing to find him! I plan to call on him for regular maintenance.

What a fantastic businessman Roy is! He made sure to call and let me know exactly what time he would be here...and he was early! Walked me thru everything he was doing and told me some things that I need to do in the future. Great rates...no highway robbery with him! Will definitely be using him again for all our heating and air services.

I can not say enough about the service Roy provided, One of the big named companies told us we would need to completely replace or system and Roy fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Will call Roy for any other heating and air service if needed.

Roy and his assistant came to our house to repair our air conditioner. They quickly diagnosed the problem. While his assistant was replacing the capacitor in the compressor unit, Roy took the time to educate me on the different components of the heating and cooling system. He was very thorough in his explanations and didn’t try to sell me anything, just making me aware of the issues that might come up due to the age of our system. I appreciated his honesty and reasonable price that he charged me. I highly recommend him for your next repair job. I am definitely calling him for our next job!

Roy was very accommodating with the scheduling process. He was punctual in his arrival, and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my ac unit. All the while thoroughly explaining what he was doing and why. Even more impressive was the final bill (after a return trip with parts), which was comparable to most companies "diagnostic" fee alone. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience, and will not hesitate to call Roy Rogers for any future hvac needs I may have.

I was having problems with my ac for over a month. With the temperatures reaching near and over 100s lately I had to get it fixed ASAP. I called Roy and he scheduled me in as soon as he could. I could tell he was all about doing a good service and providing good honest quality work and he did just that. He was punctual too. Throughly explained what my problem was and made a few suggestion to prevent future problems and to keep our ac running better and longer. For future problems with my heating and air ill definitely be calling Roy.

My air conditioning went out during the 100 plus degree weather and called Roy Rogers on a Saturday morning. Despite his very busy day, he came out the same day to fix it. This is the second time I have used him in less than a month. The previous visit I had many different problems going on and he spent a lot of time at the house. I could tell he wasn't just out to make a buck. Roy took the time to explain the situation and the best solution. He gained my trust by stating that the best solution was also not very expensive. He was very reasonable with his prices and I have no problem going to Roy when the big jobs eventually hit.

With temps above 100 degrees, I needed someone to come immediately to fix my AC. I called Roy Rogers and he came out at 10:00p.m. when nobody else would and did not charge any overtime rates. My AC was running like new in no time. I am now comfortable inside my house. I was extremely happy to have someone affordable, reliable, and honest. I would greatly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for someone to be honest and not just trying to make money and take advatange of you. Roy Rogers Heating and Air is the best. My central air went out the morning of the 4th of July 2012. I called made a call to three heating and air serives companines and only Mr. Roy Rogers called me back the same day. He promptly arrived at his stated time, asked to speak with my husband and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. We were only charged the price $129 for the service call. Cant beat that price for a holiday were the temperature out side reached 100 degrees and inside my home had already hit 88 degrees. I have tucked this card away for our next HVAC emergency. Thanks Mr. Rogers for your prompteness and fairness, our four daughters appreciate you to. We will all get a good nights sleep. :)

Called at 6:30pm on a Friday and had made appointment for 5:30pm on a Saturday. He gave me a great price on a repair and didn't try to overcharge me or even charge extra to come on the weekend. It's rare to find a company that is as honest and provides great quality at a fair price these days, but I 'm glad I found Roy!

I called for service at 7:45 pm on June 28th and my AC was working at 9:30 pm that night. These guye are no nonsense repairmen with great customer service. And their rates are very reasonable. Roy Rogers Heating and Air is my Service go to place from now on.

I appreciate the honesty Roy and his crew had when coming out to fix my AC. There was no overcharge or trying to get me to buy parts that were not needed. He and his staff were extremely freindly and made themselves available on Friday evening when most other service companies would have been packing up.

Roy came to my house at 11:00 pm to make sure our air conditioning was working becuase it was such a hot day! I was so impressed by the level of concern he displayed for me an my young family.It is hard to find a businessman who is who is honest, reliable, responsive and thorough ... that is Roy Rogers!
