Roy and his team were great. We had to have a new unit, his prices were very reasonable. He was very prompt and professional. We would recommend him to everyone!

Roy is very professional and knowledgable about the A/C sytems he deals with on a daily basis as well as empathetic to the custumers needs. We called on Memorial Day afternoon and he was there the next day to determine what our problem was. After a close examination of the A/C and heater showed that a replacement was needed he replaced the entire unit in less than 5 hours. This also included replacing the thermastat to a more modern digital readout. He also made it easier for us to replace the filters in the unit by placing them above the heater as opposed to inside the unit, as was the case in the old one. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

It's Memorial Day Weekend and 95F outside and our AC dies. I call our heating and air company and they can't help us until the next evening. Roy Rogers was able to come over right away, diagnosis the problem, explain the needed repairs, and make us very comfortable. I can't say enough about his professionalism, experience, attention to customer service, and no-nonsense approach. It's all very refreshing! Roy is such a great person to do business with. he is very patient as i called him several times. he didn't make me feel like he was just out to make money and that was it. he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. we will definately be calling him for all of our issues and maintance. it is nice to know you have a hard working, dependable, trustworthy person in a time of need. Roy Rogers is the best. I called him in the morning, assuming the inevitable, i need a new air conditioner costing thousands of dollars. Roy showed up early that afternoon. I have a thirty year old unit. I do need a new one. But I've recently lost my job and cant afford one. Roy had another idea. We checked for leaks and made a quick fill of refrigerant. Roy saved me thousands of dollars now and gave me a fair quote for my inevitable replacement unit. I HIGHLY recommend Roy Rogers! Cool guys too!

I've called Roy for a few different jobs. Last year, he installed a battery back up to our sump pump. Last month, he did the AC tune up and now he's replacing our water heater. I have a stack of his cards and I hand them out to people who I hear need some work.

Before you have an expensive replacements done for your heating/cooling system, please get an opinion from ROY ROGERS. I had been told by two companies that my 8 year old system needed complete replacement, and it was not worth it to spend any more money on fixing it. The estimate for replacement ranged from $5500-$8000. Luckily, I saw ratings and reviews for Roy on YP, and contacted him. After he checked the system, it turned out that everything the other companies had told me was false. He did a tune-up, and replaced a small component that did not meets specifications. That was it - the system is working fine. THANK YOU, ROY!!

I would highly recommend Roy. He is more concerned about developing a long term business relationship than making a quick buck. He mistakenly under qouted me on a part, but stuck with his original qoute. I can attest that he is truly passionate about his work.

I recommend calling Roy! He called me back within 30 minutes even though it was about 10:45 pm. The other guy who said they were 24/7 didn't even call me back the next day or week for that matter. I was frank with him, and he handled my situation quickly, honestly and fairly. He could of taken advantage of the situation, but did not. I like Roy!

Roy was wonderful, he came right out to fix my problem (minor it turned out) and did a great job, gave me a great price and was very nice to work with.

He even found out that the part I needed was under warranty, and gave me a better price because of that.

I never turn the air on until June first, but with this amazing Spring I couldn't take the upstairs heat any more. When I turned on the air it did not cool down the house. I called several heating and air companies all of which wanted to replace my air conditioner and heating units for fees ranging from $5200 to $7200. This just wasn't going to work this year so I made one more call to Roy Rogers heating and Air. When talking with Roy on the phone he asked why are you replacing it when it is ONLY 10yrs old. I replied all the other companies said I should replace it because it is old. Roy came out and FIXed my air conditioner. YaHoo, Thanks Ray for understanding that not everyone can afford new stuff all of the time. You are wonderful to work with.

We had an issue with the Airconditioning recently.Looked up The Yellow Pages online & liked Roy Rogers reviews & decided to call him for the job.Roy was professional & Knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it.His charges were reasonable & his explanations easily understandable.Morever he didnot try to price gouge us & do unnecessary work(In the past we have had bad experiences with others in this line of work).
