We have had Aptive for 6 months now and are very pleased with them. We had our quarterly treatment last week and the service tech, DJ, did an awesome job. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Had my initial treatment today. Technician named DJ came out and was very professional and thorough. Even put on shoe covers. Spent time going over everthing he would be doing and explained it in detail. He was at my home for at least an hour.
I used Orkin for a long time, glad I finally switched!

You sign up for quarterly service. You pay the initial fee and you figure your good for that quarter. No, two weeks later they charge you again cause that doesn't count as your quarterly service. Then two weeks later you have to call them back because you see no difference in the ants in your kitchen. They come out three more times that month. They don't show up in the time frame they say, not even close. Then I talk to someone in the office because I get an email saying they are coming for their quarterly service the next day. I say can you wait 3 days, I don't get paid till Thursday. Yes they say. But, they charge you anyway! So they overdrew my account.

Raymond was our service provider who came out and took great care of me and my family. He was not only professional but kind and did a thorough job. Raymond was the nice friendly face to have from a company we are now doing new business with! Thank You Raymond and we hope to see you more during our journey with Aptive!!

Very pleased with Aptive in general. Briana Holland came to do our quarterly outdoor service today. She was exceptionally well mannered, explained what she was doing, and was very patient as I explained which butterfly host plants to avoid! She was cheerful, despite oppressive heat, while doing thorough work. Very impressive young lady!

Raymond was right on time (at the start of the time window no less). When was the last time that happened? He was very polite and informative. He worked well around my 4 kids and 2 cats, which is no easy task. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Alissia was very professional. She explained what she would be doing, and then went above and beyond. I would love to have her continue to service my property.

Awesome service! On time, very personable, very knowledgable about their product and most important....it worked! We had ants surrounding 3/4 of our home (tons of them) and the next day they were gone! Thank you Aptive Environmental and thank you Austin L. for the great service. Highly recommend this company!

Briana was prompt, professional and very nice. She thoroughly explained what she was going to be doing every step of the way and was working very hard outside even though it was over 100 degrees today. My husband and I are impressed with Aptive so far and will continue to use their services.

Daniel Serra was an awesome service pro! He killed spiders for me and got spider webs from high places I could never reach. Plus he got like 6 beehives from around our house that I didn't even realize we had! He was definitely my hero today. ����

Our experience with aptive today was excellent. DJ was professional and effectively communicated the process and the terms of service.

My service technician was Alissia Shannon. She was very thorough, prompt and professional. She did an excellent job explaining what services I would be receiving during the initial visit. I hope she continues to be the technician that will treat my home.

Austin came and treated my property exterminating 6 wasp nest and one mud Dobber nest. Great job and very professional

Cierra was great! She was very knowledgeable, and very through. She was very caring about our pets and concerns.

I met T.J. Outside and he was extremely friendly and took down my wasps nest right away. He came back the next day to service my house again very pleased with his promptness.
