I have been a customer of Aptive for several years now and always receive excellent service. Today my quarterly service was done by Justin Jones. He was very polite, courteous and respectful. He asked if there were any problems that needed to be addressed inside. There were none, so he did the outdoor treatment in a fast and efficient manner. Awesome job Justin Jones! - Karen B.

I called we saw a mouse inside the home. Aptive was here the next day. The yard was treated and a trap set outside. Jose B swept the gutters and different areas outside. Trap were set in the home. The best part they will come back to retrieve the trap. Jose B listened and educated me. As a single female, I was terrified and his calmness help relieve my anxiety.

Using this service for over two years now and they are well worth the price. Always friendly, courteous and prompt. They also always go above and beyond. My wife had gnats in her indoor plants and they were treated today along with the full outdoor treatment. Highly recommend.

Aptive is awesome! Our service tech is always courteous and efficient and if a reservice is needed I’m able to call and get a quick follow up for pesky spiders or bees in the spring.

Derick Mcculley came by today. I wasn’t home to see him spray, but my abundance of spider webs were missing from my eaves. I’ve been dealing with re-infestations after my initial service and follow up. This reservice seems to have removed all of that. Hopefully the spiders and ants don’t come back again. The techs have all been amazing thus far. Derick seems to have done a great job, and hopefully the product will live up to the hype this time.

Everything was great but as far as promptness I did not know they were coming.They we’re professional and courteous and because were are social distancing they understood that too.
