I was impressed with Noel Soto, who inspected and treated our house on 05/12/17. He was pleasant and very professional and, with clarity, explained what he found and what treatment he applied. I would definitely recommend this company.

Noel came out to service my property on Saturday 5/13. He was very professional, knew his business and expertly completed what he set out to do. I had a few wasp nests starting to form and Noel took care of them and when the service was done he explained what he had done, where the nests were and what to expect in the coming weeks.

Raymond Johnson arrived promptly within the specified time frame. He was very helpful, willing to answer all of my questions and to take care of each area I requested. He took his time and did a thorough job. He was very friendly and considerate toward my pets. This is from Beth H.

Very professional and willing to service areas of our concern. He deserves more than a 5$ BONUS. He did not arrive at our house until 6:30 PM; since he had so many accounts to service that day.

Raymond was very professional and provided great customer service! I explained to him that I had signed up for Aptive due to the concrete ants that entered through my patio door. He sprayed and put down granulars and mentioned that the rain would dissolve the granulars. He even offered to come inside to spray! Very positive experience once again. Every technician that I've met have been very professional. I signed up with Aptive because Cole was walking through my neighborhood and had gotten a Brownsburg permit! Most solicitors do not get the required permit!

Tyrell Seaton was very thorough in explaining how the treatments work against the bugs, how often they will be coming out and what to expect after a treatment. He was very polite and very friendly! He deserves more than a $5 bonus!

Ants have been a huge problem in my neighborhood for as long as I have lived here. I was contacted by Aptive last year and decided to give them a try.

The ants were gone last summer. Its been awhile since they were at my home and I gave them a call to get the free in between service.

Raymond Johnson arrived within the appointment time and did a great job of asking questions and explaining what he was doing.

Jalen Martindale was my service technician. He called 30 minutes before arriving - just as they said he would. He was very professional providing the service and inquired about any other help he could provide. Ants are gone! Aptive works!!

Every aspect of the business was a pleasure to work with from the knowledgeable sales individual to the office staff to the field service individuals. The price is great too!

Alissa Shannon was my technician and explained the service
