Jalen Martindale was my service technician. He called 30 minutes before arriving - just as they said he would. He was very professional providing the service and inquired about any other help he could provide. Ants are gone! Aptive works!!

Welcome Spring!! And, once again, thank you for this opportunity to recognize our business partner and neighbor, Aptive Environmental. The mission of the Cancer Support Community Central Indiana (CSCCI) is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community. The CSCCI is very excited about our partnership with Aptive as they help us provide a clean and safe facility, indoors and outdoors, for our guests and program participants. WOW!! I want to highlight our Service Pro, Jalen M. Jalen M. visited the CSCCI on Thursday morning, April 13, 2017. Jalen M. was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about his assignment. We look forward to the next visit by an Aptive Service Pro!

Every aspect of the business was a pleasure to work with from the knowledgeable sales individual to the office staff to the field service individuals. The price is great too!

Alissa Shannon was my technician and explained the service
for me. They sprayed and put down granules. I have seen ants
and spiders . they are supposed to take care of them for me.

The service was provided when they said they would be here. The service provider was courteous and friendly would definitely recommend this company.

WOW! DJ CAME THIS MORNING FOR A TREATMENT AND I TRULY WANT TO ADOPT HIM. PROFESSIONALISM OVER THE TOP; WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS! EXPERTISE AGAIN JUST AMAZING. THIS IS THE COMPANY I WILL STAY WITH. PET FRIENDLY TREATMENT (MAINLY OUTSIDE) BUT I HAD AN ISSUED INSIDE AND DJ TOOK CARE OF IT PRONTO.

We have had Aptive for 6 months now and are very pleased with them. We had our quarterly treatment last week and the service tech, DJ, did an awesome job. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Had my initial treatment today. Technician named DJ came out and was very professional and thorough. Even put on shoe covers. Spent time going over everthing he would be doing and explained it in detail. He was at my home for at least an hour.
I used Orkin for a long time, glad I finally switched!

You sign up for quarterly service. You pay the initial fee and you figure your good for that quarter. No, two weeks later they charge you again cause that doesn't count as your quarterly service. Then two weeks later you have to call them back because you see no difference in the ants in your kitchen. They come out three more times that month. They don't show up in the time frame they say, not even close. Then I talk to someone in the office because I get an email saying they are coming for their quarterly service the next day. I say can you wait 3 days, I don't get paid till Thursday. Yes they say. But, they charge you anyway! So they overdrew my account.

Raymond was our service provider who came out and took great care of me and my family. He was not only professional but kind and did a thorough job. Raymond was the nice friendly face to have from a company we are now doing new business with! Thank You Raymond and we hope to see you more during our journey with Aptive!!

Very pleased with Aptive in general. Briana Holland came to do our quarterly outdoor service today. She was exceptionally well mannered, explained what she was doing, and was very patient as I explained which butterfly host plants to avoid! She was cheerful, despite oppressive heat, while doing thorough work. Very impressive young lady!

Raymond was right on time (at the start of the time window no less). When was the last time that happened? He was very polite and informative. He worked well around my 4 kids and 2 cats, which is no easy task. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone.
