I can't say enough about the service that you get from Todd. Amazing service, fair prices and very honest and reliable.

Todd was prompt, knowledgeable and his repairs were affordable. He fixed our washing machine right away and without a hitch. I would recommend him every time.

Todd is a super nice man. He made a fast diagnoses of the problem with our appliance, explained it in detail, fixed it in just 40 min. and gave us a 1st time customer discount on top of a great price. We recommend him 100%!!!!!!

Todd is great. He is honest,comes when he says he is coming and best of all his prices are reasonable. An added bonus is he always cleans up! How many repair men do that?

Todd came to our house to fix our washing machine. I was thrilled that he was willing to come on a Saturday! He was extremely thorough and found out exactly what the problem was and saved us a lot of money by repairing the motor himself! He made sure the machine was working perfectly before he left. I also recommend him 100% for great pricing and a great job!

I contacted Todd about my dryer. He came out the very next day - a Sunday! - and would have fixed it that day, but it was a more extensive fix and a part had to be ordered. He came back on Tuesday as promised and completed the repair. He ended up running out to get another part during this repair and did not change the price from his original quote - he was more than fair! I would recommend him 100%!!

Superior service, Reasonable pricing. My dryer stopped working, I called Todd, he came out that day (fit me in his busy schedule so I would not have to wait a extra day if he had to order a part since it was a holiday weekend!) finished up the following day! I'd give Todd a million stars if I could! When I called him for a leaky washer, he came out the next morning and had it up and running in an hour. He was very professional and VERY affordable, but most of all, he is an honest and genuine person of excellent character. I will call him again without hesitation for any more of our appliance repair needs.

Our washing machine at The Pet Lodge stopped working. We have to do a TON of laundry. Todd came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He got the parts in and got us running again FAST. Great Service! Thanks!

Our washer machine had a mind of it's own. It didn't want to spin out and would lock the door and then at ohter times it would work like a charm.. When i first called Todd he walked me through several steps to take before even coming out to our place. When he arrived he was friendly and very quick to jump on task. He even gave lots of tips to help keep the machine running longer so that I wouldn't have to have more service calls. He was Very Helpful.!

My wash machine had a mind of it's own, sometimes it would leak sometimes it would not leak. I called them at 9am and by noontime the same day, the washer was fixed.

I called for a broken washer and was under a time constraint. Todd arrived within an hour of speaking with him and fixed the washer in about 30 minutes. He was quick, polite, affordable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call again for future repair needs.

If you have an appliance that is not working properly call AAR. Response time is immediate, professionalism is best of any I have seen on the Eastern Shgore in 17 years and the costs are reasonable. Knows what he knows and what he doesn't he finds out right away.

Todd repaired my oven, very prompt, nice guy, indeed affordable! One very nice thing, he had an emergency call before he was supposed to come to my house, so he called me & kept me informed of when he would be here, unlike many repair persons who say they will be there "sometime between 9 am & 5 pm". He had the part needed with him and I am roasting dinner in my now working oven!

I called Todd (on a Friday) in the morning not thinking that he was going to be able to come out the same day but he made a point to work around my schedule. He came out after hours and worked on my washer and come to find out it wasn't my washer it was my drain which is my Landlords responsibility. He still looked my machine over and made sure it was working properly in everyway. He was very professional and very reasonable priced. I would recommend Todd to anyone and will use him again and again!!!

Mr. Barnhardt repaired my washer in a short period of time, he had all the necessary parts in his vehicle. He was very professional and even explained some helpful hints about the style of washer and ways to extend the life of the washer. I was very happy with his performance and cost. I would use his services again without a doubt.
