It was a pleasure to deal with Todd. He fixed my washing machine in Rock Hall quickly on good faith when our friends were using out house. He is reliable and I would use him again.

He has been out a few times to fix a few different things and every time has been awesome! He was out today to look at my oven as it was leaking gas. He fixed it easily and then he even vacuumed out underneath of it for me.



In addition, my vacuum wasn't working well and he showed me how to remove and clean a filter I didn't even know was there.



The temperature settings on my washer were not working properly and he fixed that in just a couple minutes.



Professional and incredibly friendly but most of all trustworthy and open. He talks to you and shows you what he is doing. I don't think there is a better repairman in this state.

Todd is one of the stars of the Eastern Shore. He is kind, honest, reliable, exceptionally timely in his response but above all knowledgeable and thorough in his repairs. He took the time to calculate whether it was worth the expense of him repairing my washer before he began repairs. He had the main part on the truck and was exceptionally timely in returning with the second part. He also provides pre-purchase appliance advice to help in the selection of appliances with less costly repair records.

I contacted Todd based on his reviews on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed! I was having a gasket/ hinge problem on the freezer door which would cause a big ice build up in the summer. Todd stopped by last week, did an evaluation on the gasket(ok) and replaced the hinge assembly. He returned over the Memorial Day weekend to put an infrared sensor on the door edge, tweaked the hinge and fixed it. What a great guy!!! I have an appliance guy now.

Todd Barnhardt saved us lots of money. Yes, we were going to replace our washer when it broke, but decided to call a repairman to get an estimate first. I'm so glad we chose Todd. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts right away. I was so impressed that he took the extra effort to replace the hub instead of the entire drum saving us hundreds in parts cost.

Todd is great, very professional yet friendly. He didn't mind me watching him work and asking him questions, and actually seemed to enjoy it. He showed up on-time, tidied up after completing his work, and he even called back to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job he had done. WOW! I wish all servicemen were like Todd.
