I just want to tell you I can't tell you what a great experience, I had with calling Todd not eveyknkwing him I looked up yellow pages and yelp and seeing him local and having five stairs and my washing machine down I call him and not even a hour later choosing to eat lunch later he came and fixed my washing machine , you taking about quick reliable service with a smile and great attitude and on top he gave me a discount being first time customer and it is very affordable like his business title says !! Thank you Todd , I will have you come out anytime I have a problem and will tell family and friends about the great experience 😘

Excellent experience with Todd at Affordable Appliance. He came out within hours of me contacting him, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered the necessary parts with ease. He had my oven completely functional within days! And at a ridiculously reasonable cost. He is now our go to guy for all things appliance. Thank you!

Todd came to my house to fix my dishwasher on a Sunday (the day after I called him) and just as his company name declared, he was affordable! He gave excellent customer service at a great price and that is hard to come by these days!

Todd responded to my message within an hour and was at my house within 4, fixed my washing machine and was on his way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered questions about other appliances before he left. I got some great tips that no one had told me about before.

Todd has worked on our dishwasher and dryer. He does great work at a fair price. We will call him again for any appliance repair.

I met Todd while walking down the street so I asked him if he could come take a look at my ice maker. He was able to come out the next day, he was there when he said he would be there and diagnosed the problem, replace a part and finished the job in 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would refer him to anyone needing service on their appliances without hesitation and will use him for all my appliances.

My front load washer broke on a Thursday evening with all my work uniforms locked inside and I needed to be at work the next morning. I was unable to find anyone to come out since it was after hours. Someone recommended Todd so I called him and explained my situation. He didn't hesitate knowing how desperate I was and came right out. He needed to order a part for it so I wasn't able to finish washing the load at home but he was able to untangle the mess of clothes that was so twisted it was unimaginable and I was able to take it to a relative's home. He literally saved the day!!! He came back a few days later to install the new boot and I had him look at my refrigerator icemaker that had stopped working. He ran some tests and advised me that I needed a whole new icemaker which he ordered. Again he returned and saved the day. I cannot express to you how professional, friendly and kind Todd is- he provides the level of customer service and knowledge that is so rare these days. While I hope that my other appliances behave for the foreseeable future, it will be a pleasure to do any future business with Todd! I can't recommend him enough :)

So glad the first repair shop never answered their phone! Todd answered right away scheduled appointment for very next day. Actually called back and left message he could come earlier. Had all the parts he needed in his van... fixed both my dryer and door bellow on washer at a very fair price. Would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair. He also sells used appliances!

Competent, polite and went above and beyond to make the proper repair. I would highly recommend them. They worked on my gas range.

After 1-1/2 weeks with my washer in pieces by a local repair company and trying one part and then another to fix it, I came home from work one night with it put back together but unplugged. I was so excited assuming the 'repair man' fixed it I texted him asking if I could plug it in and use it. His return text was 'no I could not fix it, you need a new one'. He didn't even tell me when he figured that out - I had to ask. I don't know when he was going to tell me. On top of that he has sent me an invoice! I called my friend that night asking for Todd's number. I called Todd the next morning and he came that day with a co-worker (Ronnie?) and looked at it. He told me what parts were needed and how much it would cost after 1/2 hour. He & Ronnie fixed it the next day. He is very professional, cleans up after he is done the job, true to his word-honest, and a very nice man. I highly recommend Todd for any appliance repair.

We were havng new floors installed and needed a qualified technician to disconnect, then reconnect our refriderater, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer....can I tell you how professional and friendly Todd and his employee were during the entire process. 100% rating and highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair.

The owner Todd is recovering from spinal surgery but that did not stop him from providing unbelievable service in a non-emergency situation. He sent his employee Chris out to look at our garage refrigerator, unfortunately he had to pronounce it dead. I've always enjoyed having a convenience of a second refrigerator so I contacted Chris to see if he had any used refrigerators that he would wanted to sell. Within a few hours he had Chris deliver a clean operational replacement. A few hours later he called to see if we were satisfied with it and if it was working properly.
We are new to the Chestertown area and have been very pleasantly surprised by all of the service people we have used you are eight months in Kent County.
I can assure you that you will be pleased with the service Affordable Appliance.

I had a washer and dryer go up. Todd diagnosed both and let me know that they probably weren't worth fixing. He even went so far as to help me pick out another set that would last longer. That is above and beyond in my book. I will recommend Todd every time. Thanks Todd!

We were having issues finding a service provider for a clothes dryer that was not heating properly. I was fortunate to find Affordable Appliance Repair in an internet search conducted at home. The following day Todd Barnhardt arrived, assessed the issue and gave me several options to consider. I chose what I believed was the best option for us based on Todd's excellent advice. The following day we were back in business. I found Todd to be a very skilled and caring appliance service provider and will not think twice in securing his services again should the need arise. They are a top rated business in my book and an excellent source for appliance repair!

We had an issue with our dryer overheating. I called on a Sunday, not expecting a call back until Monday. Not only did Todd call me back on a Sunday, he set up an appointment for the next day. He was there early(after checking with me to see if I was home) and had my dryer fixed in a couple hours. It is working better than it did when we got it used 8 years ago. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Affordable Appliance Repair again.

Todd Barnhardt was prompt, professional, and knowledgable. He was very busy but made me feel that my job was a priority. I needed an additional service person (electrician) and Todd made those arrangements for me. His prices are reasonable, and he is a very nice guy.
