I called Todd on Saturday and he returned my call that evening.
He was here to repair my washer Monday morning. Very friendly, prompt and helpful. Took time to answer my many questions about appliances. Checked my dryer for lint, etc. Very reasonable price. I give him five stars!

Todd is THE BEST repairman we have come across. He was quick to diagnose a problem that was written off by many other repairmen. He was extremely perseverant and patient and his prices will beat everyone else. No need to look for another repairman. Todd is unquestionably your guy.

My Lucky Day when I called this company to see if they could repair/replace a part in my existing HE LG Washing Machine. Wonderful experience, initially spoke to the owner of the company, who explained their pricing as well as experience of the Technical Repairman whom would make the service call. Tech arrived on time and was able to quickly ascertain what needed to be repaired, as well as a complete check-up of the remaining parts of the washer to make sure they were in good working order. Explained in great detail how and what PM maintenance I needed to perform on this washer(former owners didn't leave the manual). So impressed with the Tech's vast knowledge of various appliances as well as his pleasant and patient manner. This company is a keeper for appliance repair. Thank you Affordable Appliance Repair! Update on AffordableAppliance- Had an issue with our washing machine. Couldn't have been more pleased with the time and attention that Bill put in to diagnosing and fixing the issue. Todd was prompt, professional and friendly. He fixed my broken washer as well as the dryer duct. He spent quite a bit of time at my house and was still very affordable. I would not hesitate to call him again for any other appliance repairs.

I called them on Tuesday and Bill was out the next morning to diagnose the problem. Bill was pleasant, allowed me time to clean behind the range that hadn't moved in years, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Bill let me know that as soon as the part arrived they would be back to install. I'm already up and cooking again. I will recommend these folks to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

I use Todd of Affordable Appliance Repair for all of my appliance service and repairs. He just now fixed my Washer and dryer vent. He also did a preventive maintance on my dryer and I was shocked of how much build up of dryer lint was throught out the dryer. Tried to use my dryer and it would not work, so I messaged Todd Barnhardt. Within minutes he had returned my call and was even able to work on my dryer the same day. Very professional and affordable! He definitely cares about his clients!

I messaged Todd one night about our dishwasher. He called within 30 minutes of sending that message. He came the next day and looked at it and told me how much it was going to cost which was very very affordable. Fixed it 2 days later. He even offers a free airflow test for your dryer which ours failed. So I made an appointment for him to fix that which will make the dryer more efficent. Also gave me advice on my fridge. Todd owner of Affordable Appliance Repair is FANTASTIC. I called on Friday evening around 5:15 about our broken dryer, he called me back that same evening at 5:30 and said he would be out the following afternoon. He was there by 2:15 that next day and found the problem right away. He ordered the part and said it would be in on Tuesday and he would be back tuesday evening. He was here even earlier on tuesday then expected and i was thrilled. He is very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Todd for any appliance repairs.
