Everyone here was so professional and made my children feel and so comfortable. The staff was great especially Dr. Holthaus & her assistant Ashley.

the staff is very patient and works very well with the kids. my kids have been coming here for two years.

My family and I love coming here! Would recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who asked where was there a good dentist.

My two girls and I love coming to Kool Smiles of Brockton. The staff is always very nice to my girls and the service is awesome. We recommend it to anyone looking for a Dental place for kids.

The employees are all kind and very professional. I came in with my 2 year old daughter for her first visit. They made her first visit a great experience. She didn't want to leave. I recommend this dentistry to others.

Allisa was very caring, friendly and good with my kids. Mark did a great job with the cleaning and answering all my kids curious questions. They love it here!

My name is Scott A. Reddin, I'm 51 and can count on both hands how many times I've been to the dentist in my life, my worst fear The Dentist.
However I came to Kool Smiles yesterday with a major tooth infection. I was greeted by Heather who was polite, professional and just very kind, she set me up with an appointment for today.
I came for my appointment at 8:00 am... I was promptly seen by Ashley who was just great she took 18 x-rays and was still smiling after all of them.
Dr. Truong was amazing as well, I can't recommend Kool Smiles enough, take it from a man who fears the dentist give them a try I'm sure you'll be happy also.

My whole family are patients at Kool Smiles in Brockton, MA. My boyfriend recently had 3 molars extracted. The Dentist told him he had the most difficult extraction she had ever performed and yet he walked away pleased with his experience. Samantha,the receptionist, was very helpful, scheduling his multiple appt's to coincide with our daughter's making it convenient for us. Mark, the hygienist, was great at calming his nerves & assisting Dr Troung, who performed his extractions with the utmost care and professionalism. The very next day our daughter had a crown and root canal done. The procedure was performed by Dr Troung and a hygienist whose name I wish I could remember because she was great! They both went out of their way to calm her fears & make sure she was comfortable throughout the procedure. Both my boyfriend and our daughter need more work performed, their appt's were scheduled to coincide for our convenience. We have nothing but great things to say about our experiences.

My experience was awful. They're so unorganized. They were all over the place and their was about 3 different people taking turns in my daughters mouth. After nobody told if she had any cavities or anything. They just need to get it together and the employees need to stop lying and acting like customers to give this business good reviews.

My son has been coming here since he was a baby. We have always had a great experience, and always treated with the up more care and respect. Dr. Truong has been very explanatory and great at making my son comfortable.

I was very satisfied w everything the staff was so nice a helpful their make it so easy and simple for the kids

Alyssa and Dr truong were very professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I have been taking my boys here for 8yrs and they have great works and are always good. its a great place to take your kids too.

Kasey was my sons hygienist and
Dr Herrera was his doctor today he has been coming here forever allong with my other children and it is always. A pleasant visit !

My kids saw Trung and Casey and Dr. Herrera (probably spelled her name wrong). They are all great. Informative and patient. This office had been only office I've taken my sons to and won't bring them any where else!

Kacey did my sons cleaning and Dr Herrera was his doctor , they did a great job and Alyssa at the front desk is always very nice

Everyone here is always so nice. My son loves going to the dentist. They do a great job, very. Clean.
