I have taken my two kids to the office for cleaning and the assistants/ hygienists are always nice. The dentist always explain things well and she also shows me my kids' xrays. The office overall is kid friendly.

My daughter saw Dr. Truong today for a filling. She was quick and very reassuring for my nervous kid! My daughter LOVED Joshua!! He was very friendly and made the appointment a lot easier on her. Also, I was running late, and they still accommodated me, which was much appreciated!

Took my 2 little one for there cleaning! Dental assistant was amazing and the kids loved her. The dentist herself was hard to understand, rushed and seemed to really only want me to write a review! So here it is!

First time in this office today. Joshua did my X-rays and was very personable & funny. One of the nicest X-ray techs I've had! Mark did my cleaning and he was a very nice man. He paid attention to what he was doing and unlike most dentists did not cut/scrape my gums. I had two doctors look at my wisdom teeth but I only have one name, (I believe it is) Dr. Truong, but both answered any questions I had and helped me understand what would be done to get my wisdom teeth out. I was very comfortable the whole time and was very pleased with the great staff. All my questions were answered and I was not nervous throughout the whole experience.

Very good staff and they always take me in on time, and are very polite and attentive when taking care of me.

Roldy did a good job taking my daughter's xrays. My daughter still makes nice comments about it. I am more than happy.

My kids actually had a great time. Samantha knew exactly how to interact with them and it was genuine. Definitely a great place to get your kids comfortable with the dentist. I wish it was like that for me.

It was an amazing experience for my kids who used to be afraid of dentists.

Great place to go. Everyone is very friendly to the kids and adults. Wouldn't go any other dentist office. Dr. Qadri was really great, she right away took care of my dental problems & the fillings were a piece of cake to her. Love her and all her assistants there!

Look smiles is the best, my kids and I have been coming here for years now. Every time I leave here with satisfaction, the team are so professional and very patient. I would recommend to brink ur kids here for treatment. The kids will love it and never have the fears to come to a dentist.����

my son needed some pretty extensive work done,unfortunately. His first visit was with the boston office. His first visit was very pleasant. We worked out a treatment plan that so far has worked out very well. I took him on april 29 to see Dr.Karim Hachmeh. I explained to the assistant that I really wanted them to try to fix his front teeth. I wanted him to be able to smile without being embarrassed.He is 15 and thats pretty important. The dentist and his assistant Were so sweet and understanding.my son really liked them. the dentist really went above and beyond for us. An appointment that was only going to be a couple fillings turned out to be The greatest day ever. My son walked out of there with a smile he could be proud of. I would like to say that Words really cant express The gratitude I have. We have to drive about an hour to get there but its well worth it. The whole staff are very sweet and comforting. You can see they care just by looking in their eyes. I will forever remember dr. Hachmeh (and his assistant) as they really changed things for my son. The confidence he has now shows through that big smile he has now. I even was able to get my husband who has a terrble fear to go. And hes actually going to go back! Highly Recommended

I walked out, after being brought into a room for a consult and left there for 45 minutes listening to a 3 year old scream during a filling I realized this is not for me or my family. All appointments take 1 hour..forgot to tell me that you sit and wait for at least 50 of those 60 minutes!! No one speaks to you or introduces themselves. Never even saw what the dentist looked like...seems to be the kind of place that is about quantity not quality and they could not have cared less that I walked out.

I had a great experience at Kool Smiles in hopes of having a cool smile myself everyone was so kind while they try and fix my smile I am greatful for the staff from Samantha, Renee ,Angela and Dr yu thank you all

I drive 45 minutes just to come to this location. The hygienist Mark is awesome and always goes the extra mile. Lisa Marie the Office Manager is patient, kind and caring. I have nothing but positive to say in this negative day and age. Proud to be part of this location
