This is a best place to take care my daughter teeth. They are caring and patience with her.

It's confotable and they have such a nice place.

I love it.

I hated this place. The waiting room was very nice with the play area for the kids but the dental hygienst I had was so rude and unprofessional. My daughter, who was 2 at the time, was very scared and this "lady" did not help alievate her stress in anyway what so ever and made it worse. I was sweating because I was so upset too. The dentist was awesome and patient but this dental hygienst sucked and she needs a reality check and needs to learn patient bedside manner. She sucked.

Kool Smiles Brockton is very great. I had a filling done with Dr Qadri , it was my best experience. I strongly recommend every one this Doctor. Excellent!

Not a great experience on my 3rd visit with my son, I will not be returning due to the lack of professionalism. I was extremely disappointed with the Dentist that was suppose to exam my son's teeth instead of that taking place my son had an incomplete dentist visit. After expressing my disappointment about the dentist nothing was accommodated to satisfy the client, sorry to say no recommendation from my end.

My appointment was great. The staff was great and the clinic was very clean. One tip - Get a morning appointment you will be in and out. Overall a great experience. Will take my family back.

My daughter had a 4:15 appt so we got there early as they request. So time passed, at 4:15 we were waiting patiently. Then time passes. 5 min, then 10, 15 minutes. My daughter went to the receptionist. Was told not yet. 20 minutes late they tell her she's next. Not true! She asked again and was told she needs to sit down and be patient. She is seven and we waited an absurd amount of time. Finally 25 minutes late they call us in. Between showing up early and the crazy wait time we wait time, we waited almost an Hour to be seen for her appointment that took only 10 minutes.

Beyond horrible! Felt like our time was worthless.

I brought my child into the office at the Brockton location. I was told she had a cavity that was so serious that it would require a root canal (on a baby tooth no less). As my child had NEVER had a cavity before and I could see no teeth issues, I brought her to another dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist said there was NOTHING wrong with her tooth... NO cavity at all!



How could these people work in this business, performing serious procedures on people that do NOT need them? Never mind on children! I am disgusted by this company and have been planning on reporting them!

Kool Smiles, Brockton, is awesome. We always have a great experience, whether it's general cleaning or more extensive work. Dr. Kenny is always so patient with our children, he's pleasant and thorough with his directions of treatment. Our whole family attends, Kool Smiles, Thank you Team!

Communication between call center and office very poor. Hygienists were great, dentist was not. He did not even say hello to my daughter. He was impatient with her, did not tell her what he was going to do before he did it (such as putting things in her mouth), and was doing things other than what I was told was going to happen. She is 5 and was getting a filling on a back tooth. They could not get the blood pressure machine to work, which resulted in her arm being squeezed over and over again, resulting in a bruise. He was very unprofessional in his manner of speaking with me.
