Everyone is amazing here my daughter has been coming here since she was 1 year old when her teeth started coming she is now 10 years old. We come in every 6 months. She at first was always afraid of the dentist but they always made her feel special and comfortable when she was here. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here for my daughter.

Our dental assistant Alyssa and Dentist Dr. woo were very friendly and patient. They made my daughter feel comfortable and the whole visit went very smoothly. Thanks Kool smiles!

Everyone is welcoming and makes me/patients feel comfortable and the experience as painless as they possibly can.

I highly recommend Kool Smiles to everyone. They're awesome with my daughter who has Stereotypic Moment Disorder, they are so caring,gentle, friendly, etc... most importantly they make sure she isn't scared & they make the whole experience extremely fun.

josh was very helpful my daughter Caitlin had a procedure he made sure she was comfortable and made it so she wasn't scared she needed other stuff done so they did everything all at once which saved me time and for that im very thankful hes wonderful

I was so anxious to get a new dentist. After I made the appointment with Kool Smiles all that axiety went away. Awesome people answered the phone, paperwork was quick and easy all the dental technicians were very helpful explaining procedures than the dentist was thorough repaired and replaced gently. Now I have a dental plan and it cost me very little without compromising quality of care. I want to tell everyone how great these people are!

I have been coming to kool smiles since the first experience, I love to kool smiles they make all my teeth feel great.

I'm 31 years old, yes they take adults not just children. I've been on Mass Health since I was 18, i've been to many dentists in the brockton area, none of them were good, they had old equipment, were rude when i was anxious, one even only had spray on novacaine. This was by far my best dental experience, from any of the dentists that take Mass-Health. I was really nervous because i hadn't been to a dentist in a few years, and i'm on Methadone. Well the staff was really understanding of my anxiety, and so helpful on advice. The X-Ray technician was really amazing and gentle didn't hurt me at all. The Hygienist so nice, knew her stuff, didn't hurt when cleaning my teeth & took her time to make sure she could do her best to get everything off, the plaque and stains. The dentist herself was also really good, she was calm explained the best to do everything that needed to be fixed and I left feeling not anxious and confident in what needs to be done,

The service was superb! Mark did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Elena was also very friendly, and she did an excellent job taking my x-ray. Today's visit was awesome overall!

My sons first Dentist Visit & they him feel right at home! We were in and out, and he is leaving with smiles! I would highly recommend.
