Alvin Brown was very professional and through in treating my yard. I like the way Aptive gives you text messages the day before they service your yard. Once they complete the job I get an email that contains a picture of my technician and the service they provided. The payment process is simple and secure.

I was not personally at home in Round Rock but the person keeping my house thought that a very professional job was done and we do appreciate it. Thank you, Ernest Allen! --Joan M.

Eric Stone gave me the heads up in advance he was coming and I believe spent enough time to address our issues.

I had called to come do an extra treatment between our usual times when I called the lady on the phone was not helpful in answering my questions. So when Toni Victoria came to treat my house and yard he was extremely helpful. He was able to answer my questions and some where not even about the treatment he was doing. He went over and beyond what he needed too. Toni was very nice and knowledgeable and took time to explain when needed. Great job Toni!!! I want him to come every time!!

Larry Ojeda was great! He called to see if anyone was home or had any particular bug issues. He did a thorough job on our house! No bugs. Thanks!

We just started with Aptive. I have used other companies in the past that I wasn't happy with. I was pleasantly surprised when James came to do our treatment. He was very professional and friendly. He explained throughly what he was going to do and was very prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an exterminator!

Mike was courteous and performed service as I explained what had been promised by Marshall Calley when I siged up with regard to tree roaches. Professionalism was good, but not 5 star due to cell phone personal conversation while treating the back yard.

Today was my first visit from APTIVE, a pest control company. Living in central Texas (Temple) with many trees on a property that is really like country in the middle of a city is really challenging. I don't appreciate bugs. We've been using another company for a year and decided to go with aptive and I feel I made an excellent decision. John arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, worked quickly and, well. actually WORKED really hard. He scrubbed away all cobwebs, inspected and sprayed all areas needed outside, answered questions. Quite frankly, he went way above and beyond what we expected. I can honestly say that I will stay with this company as long as they employ experts like John.

So happy I switched to Aptive's service. Kevin was very friendly and professional. He covered all the areas I requested & made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. This service goes above and beyond.
