We had Aptive come and service our house after having issues with sugar ants. Henry came out right on time as promised and found what 2 other services could not find, the entry point of the ants. He treated accordingly, while still being aware of two small children in the house and keeping treatments out of their reach. Irving Ramirez and Mitch Mecham were excellent and professional. They explained what they were doing (our initial service), why they would be back next month and how the quarterly treatment would work.

Mark Tracz did an excellent job. He was very professional. We have a decent sized back yard that slopes at the mid point and I know it was a lot to walk up and down in this heat, but he did not complain once. He explained what he was applying and seemed very knowledgeable. This is our first time with this company and the service was great compared to terminex.

Mark Tracz was the gentleman that came out to the house and found so many things that I didn't even see. Was very professional and provided great service!!!

Xavier Burleson was professional and friendly when he came to do our initial treatment. He went over the details of the contract we set up with Conner that very morning. He also advised us regarding our animals since we requested an inside treatment. Looking forward to working with an environment friendly company.

We have just started using this pest company we have had them out twice. Both times were great but the second young man to treat our yard was Henry Noble. He was very nice, polite, professional and answered every question we had. If all the employees are like this young man the are a very lucky company. We look forward to working with Henry again!!!!
