Omar was very professional, showed up promptly, was very patient while I managed three dogs and did an excellent job This was our first experience with Aptive and he presented himself very well. I was impressed by his diligence in taking care of spider webs and wasp nests on back patio,

Very bad company, sales guys, are very pushy and unprofessional. Knocked my house excessively loud. Wouldn't take no for an answer. They kept lurking thru peoples yards. Threatened to call cops. Those flyer boys didnt seem to care.
Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!

Timothy Sheppard was right on time for my service and very courteous throughout. Was very knowledgeable and professional in answering any of my concerns, and did a great job of removing wasp nests and spider weds around the house. Couldn't have been happier with my service.

Jeremiah was very helpful and handled all our requests at the last minute. They set up a call ahead so we could make sure someone was home so he could spray inside the house. We have been very happy with Aptive!

Andrew did an outstanding job, the wife and I have been contemplating canceling our contract with your company. My wife has never been happy with the past service technicians as they hurried through their tasks. As we observed a technician that cared to perform his job well, she indicated that the past technicians did not take the care as Andrew demonstrated. We will continue to be a customer, if this is the care that we can expect in the future. Please in August when our next service is due have Andrew return as we would like to show our appreciation for a job well done.

I had my first treatment today. My Alvarez was early arriving which was a wonderful surprise! He was respectful, courteous & friendly! He was patient with all my questions & answered in terms I could understand. So far I'm impressed with the salesperson who came to my door & Mr Alvarez.

Eusebio Alvarez was the technician who came and performed the work for Aptive. He was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I found the salesman to be very courteous and knowledgeable about how to best and effectively treat common pests. Aptive has an incredible introductory offer and their normal service fees are lower than any other pest elimination company. As well, they will come out, in between the regular services, if you have any issues. The technician that treated my home, Tony Victoria, was professional and explained everything that he was going to do, during the service. He was diligent and thorough with his work.

Eusebio Alvarez made sure I understood today’s service and my quarterly service schedule. He spent time and was thorough. Well done Eusebio. Thanks for the service.

There is never a question about what will be done, even for return service. Omar has done a super job and should be commended for his wonderful efforts. Thanks Omar and Aptive for keeping us free of pests.

Paul came right on time, and did an excellent job of making sure our home was bug free! I would reccommed Aptive. The price was reasonable for the service compared to other providers of the same service.

Alvin is very friendly, explained the service in full, asked about concerns are any ares that needed special attention. He was able to address our issues and we had no further problems. Thank you Alvin

Very professional and great service. I highly recommend this company for all your pest problems. They will even come out free of charge after they service your house if you find more pest problems.

Mindy P - I had such a great experience with my Aptive technician today. He was so professional. I like how he called to give me the hour window of when to expect him to arrive, then when he got there he had such great manners, worked around my 3 big dogs and addressed some insect issues I mentioned having. Just had our quarterly service completed, and Marco Rios was very nice and professional. He did a great job even as my 3 and 2 year old were following him around the house asking questions...he was very sweet to them. Always very satisfied with the service from Aptive. Thank you!

We are having trouble with small ants in our bathroom. Ian Cowley came in and evaluated the situation. He told me what was going on, what type of ant they were and how he was going to eradicate them. He carefully explained how the product worked that he applied and when to expect the ants to disappear. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He does a great job! We're looking forward to no more ants!

I love the work that Tony Victoria did all around my house, he was quick and efficient and very professional

Just had quarterly service done by Aptive tech John Garcia who performed his job with utmost confidence and concerns that my spread out vegetable gardens were not included in the pesticide spray trajectory. The Steve M. Family appreciate the attention of not blanket spraying any of our ornamental beds with out checking for still producing peppers and tomatoes! Good job John!
