James was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough. He was also wonderful with my dogs that sometimes make people nervous. He made sure to tell me, more than once, that we could call ANYTIME we had an issue. Two thumbs way up!

James provided exceptional service today completing the initial flush treatment. He was knowledgable, efficient, and super friendly which is very important to me. I appreciate the superb service, Aptive staff has proven to be second to none!

AJ Hahn and Ernest Allen were very professional, patient and understanding. Handle their business quickly and accurately answered all my questions and provided information!

Orlando did a great job inspecting my back yard to make sure all fair ants nests are removed especially after a long rain.

This service is awesome! I just had my first treatment a month ago. They set rat traps in my shed too.

At about this time each year, I get little black ants in my bathroom sinks. They came out at no charge to take care of it. Ants gone in a couple days!

Now, the traps were moved, and I saw where one was. My technician, Ian came out to remove the dead rats and reset them. Not a fun part of the job! Glad I didn't have to do it!

Oh yeah. The ants and rats visits were free of charge. Included in my service!

Our tech, James, came out on 7-25-17 and did our initial treatment. He was very professional and went out of his way to explain all the processes and why he was doing them. He was very polite and I was very impressed with this young man. We have just started using Aptive, but, if this is the typical employee and service they provide, we will be long term customers.

Apt I've had been wonderful to us! They treated the house we were moving out of and then continued our service at our new house. John Garcia took great care of us. He even took the time to knock down all the wasp nests up on our 2nd story eves.

Joe was our provider. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and after talking with the sales person who said that there is no issue with babies in the house, Joe explained he would have to come back and spray the inside when my Daughter and Granddaughter would be away for a period of time.

Robert H., Walter, explained what he was going to do & did a thorough job, quite satisfied, explained that someone would be back in 30 days to spray again, if I had a problem to call & let ya'll know & you would send someone out to take care of it

I have a quarterly contract with Aptive; Jeff is my service pro and he was quick and efficient.

The technician, Dontay H. was punctual. This allowed me to get errands done before the appointment so I didn't have to wait all day. He was friendly and courteous. The service was quick but thorough, allowing me to get things done at home.

Alvin the technician arrived promptly as usual. He is always very professional and takes time to answer any questions that we may have. I never feel rushed. He also pays extra attention on any areas of concern and gives clear understanding of course of treatment. (This review is on the technician only). We were very pleased with his service.

Martha HLandon applied our first application for pest control. Knowledgeable about products and efficient with spraying. Checked the attic for rats and added treatment of back yard for fleas. Very polite and good with 3 tippy dogs.

Joe from Aptive was prompt. He gave us an overview of the pest treatments that we would be applying and asked us about any trouble spots we have been experiencing. He also gave us an update of what he found when he was done.

Brady worked efficiently and thoroughly and explained the contract and charges clearly and politely.

Our first time uvsing this company. Jon was very professional and friendly. He explained what they would do to help with the various insect problems we were having and also meet our desire to not harm the environment.
Omar was prompt for the initial treatment and took care of everything we had agreed on, explaining which products he would usel. We are very satisfied so far.

Ernie was the man to put these crazy ants to a stop thank goodness. He was right on time. And I didn't answer because I was sleeping, but thankfully he was willing to turn around and come back.
