Today I met with Lennoy, Aptive service professional. He assured that the products used for the extermination of insects such as roaches, wasps, spiders,etc. was safe for the children and pets; after that he thoroughly treated all the house inside as well as outside. Lennoy was prompt: right at 10 a.m. as scheduled, professional in his appearance and his polite manners, respectful of the owner's property: he put his slippers on while inside the house, and explained when and what the next treatment will be for. I was very impressed by Lennoy, and as a vice president of the Highland Lake subdivision HOA would recommend him to other without hesitation! Thank you, Lennoy!

Jerron was very professional and polite. He showed up on time and he further explained information in the contract to me; he was very knowledgeable.

I was very satisfied with the service that Evan provided for my family. He explained the types of chemicals used and how they were a timed release chemical and that if I wasn't satisfied with the results of the treatment, he would come back for an additional treatment if necessary.

Memory showed up early. She quickly and efficiently treated the property. She was very professional and accommodating as she waited for me to move small furniture out of the way.

Im allergic the wasp and there was a wasp nest on my fornt pouch, but Jerron took care of it and all the spider webs.

Aptive was on time. I had just call another pest company the day before tovset up services. They couldn't come out when I need them so I rescheduled. Well Aptive come to the door with better sevices for a good price. They we knowledgeable and understanding. I was so excited. We had our services by jerron. He was on time and patient knowledgeable.and informative. I would recommend them.
