Our initial service was with Trevor, who was very polite and professional. However, I'm here to rate the pest control not the personability of the employees. I specifically waited until we'd had 3 applications to make sure my review would be fair. We had a huge ant problem on both porches and in the yard. That has been reduced, so that's good. We have also seen a big reduction in insects in our downstairs play room (only 2 spiders). However, we contacted the company 2 days ago because the spiders are taking over our garage and back patio and have yet to hear back. I'm very disappointed as it seems this company is eager to please in the beginning, but service drops off as time goes on. I was urged very heavily to write a review after the first application, which I feel wouldn't have given a good picture of the actual pest control service. I'll update if it gets better, but so far I'm not wowed.

Lennoy did a great job of treating my home and explaining the process and how the chemical works. He also took time to explain to me how the chemical would dry and afterwards be safe for my children.
