Al was great, one would think he was the president of the company as he asked the main questions of a COF's "SWOT" review that you are facing. As former senior executive of a top 100 company i was amazed. "Strengths" were that we noticed the problem and call Aptive back; "Weakness" was we were being invaded by spiders, scorpions, fire ants and stinks bugs; "Opportunities" was to fine sources of pests and place pesticides in proper locations; "Treats" informed us that within about two weeks we should see a reduction in our pest problem. Also explained live cycle of stink bugs.
Mr. Gedney should receive a minimum of a 20% bonus , plus my wife and I would like to have him be our regular technician. (as he took into consideration my health and very old items in our home)

Darvin Ford was my Aptive rep! Darvin was very professional, friendly and thorough. He let me know about the chemicals being used and told me how helpful it would be to keep spider webs down in order to assist in keeping spiders away. Darvin did an excellent job!!!

Youl Bernier was so professional and polite and thorough. He explained everything thug he was doing and why. He was a wonderful employee. Nice job

There was some problem with scheduling but once that was taken care of everything was fine. my technician, Darvin Ford, was very respectful and courteous. he explained everything to me and i felt at ease with his knowledge.

We received pest control service from Alex Groff today. This was our first service. My husband and I were very impressed with his efficiency and pleasant personality. He was also very informative and thorough. We highly recommend him.

Today I received pest control treatment from Niegil French. He was very detailed in what he was doing. He was very respectful and accommodating. I really appreciated his professionalism as well. Thank you, Niegil!!!

Darvin Ford provided our first service today. He was courteous informative and friendly. He did a very through job cleaning our eves and applying the chemical.

Quadirah Battel was outstanding. Great personality, friendly, professional. She was on time and called to let me know she was in the area. I highly recommend.

John Taylor was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. He sprayed both the inside and out...and even a perimeter beyond our house into the yard. Very courteous and professional.

These guys are Great! I would like to mention Mr. Dontay Jones and what a wonderful job he did. He called within 10 minutes of arrival and was in the timeframe promised. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect after. He even reminded me about the upstairs bonus room. You guys have 1st Class Service! Love the notifications-email, text and voice.

I would like to commend Mr. Romaine Knight on a job well done. He provide prompt service, courteous, and provided valuable information concerning the company and products used. When my husband signed up for the service, the sales representative DID NOT tell us that no children under a certain age could be in the home during the time the inside of the home was being treated. The only thing the sales representative stated to us was the fact that the products was pet and kid friendly. We were unaware of the policy until Mr. Knight informed us the day of the service that children would have to be out of the house for at least 2 hours after treatment. Due to the fact that we were unaware of the policy, Mr. Knight allowed me time to call my husband to see if he still wanted the service. Once my husband agreed to go ahead with the service, Mr. Knight provided the approximate time he would need outside to treat our yard. This was to allow me time to get my children situated and out of the home so that he could treat the inside of the home. Thanks again for a job well done. Aptive, he deserves more than $5.

Corey Garner was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to answer our questions and was extremely thorough.

I have Aptive spray my yard every quarter, but was seeing some ants and roaches in the house. Justice Ezonnaebi serviced my home and yard and I haven't seen one bug since then. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and did a top notch job.
