Hi my name is hamidah lwin and I got the pest control by davis.K he did excellent job and guide us about how to control the pests.

Thanks for removing the shed snake skin. Now I will not have to sell the house. And thanks for the tip on the drain from air conditioner.

Yesterday, Benjamin Beekman, came and did our service. He was very thorough and I especially appreciated the sweeping of the spider webs in the porch ceiling! He performed his duties efficiently and professionally and I was very pleased with the service.

Tyler Diemer was courteous and professional. He took time to walk with me around our house asking if I have any concerns and answered all questions. He explained about the treatment today and we are pleased with his thorough performance. He treated inside and outside and even removed a hornet nest that was sticking on the side of the house for us. Thanks Tyler.

We are giving Aptive a try. For the initial treatment in May Ashley S. arrived at the beginning of our 2 hour window. She arrived with a smile and took the time to answer all my questions. So far, we are not seeing any of our typical spring time pests.

Jeff was a great tech! Very friendly...he answered questions, explained what he was doing, and gave good advice that I haven't heard before. He even left me a few sticky traps to use, and they have worked great!!

Jeff was great. He informed me that I needed to cut back some of the shrubs on both sides of my house. He was very professional and nice and I felt like he took the time to talk with me about any questions that I had.

Jeff came this morning in the rain. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He was very attentive to all of our concerns.

The technician, Jeremy Salsbury did a great job, and very courteous. He let us know he was here, discussed the services he'd be providing, and asked if there were any additional services or issues that we were having.

Jeremy Sanbury was very professional and sprayed all around the outside of the house. I asked him about spraying around the upper deck doors as I had seen a few bugs and he said he would pay extra attention to that. We were very please with his work and professionalism. Sara W.

I didn't think their service would have value for me when I first signed up. But, my goodness! Was I wrong! No water bugs and they are always very pleasant when you call. I really like Melissa, she came to my home and took her time to make sure I was happy with the job she performed. I am not a social media person or a person the takes time to write many reviews, but Aptive Environmental and Melissa deserve it. So, keep up the good work guys.

Corey Garner was my rep! He contacted me prior to arriving letting me know he was on his way! My appointment was a reschedule at the last minute and he was awesome! Very professional and friendly! He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend him-and I will be requesting him for future appointments! Thanks Corey and Aptive!
