Technician Marco Garcia did a wonderful job today, better than the technicians I got before. Very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the services he was providing. Sprayed all the tight nooks and corners and hard to reach places. Took time to listen to my comments and concerns; took a look at the bugs invading our home with great detail; packed some samples too. Marco was very pleasant to talk to. I would like him to be my technician in the future too.

My technician Malon Fuller was super courteous, friendly, thorough in his work, and explained what he was doing as well as how long I could expect the treatment to work. He went above getting the job done, getting into tight corners and hard to reach places. I would recommend this service to anyone who asks.

Just signed up with Alterra - Pablo Barajas was the technician who did the first treatment, and he was very thorough and conscientious. He also made certain to remind me that we can call them out between regularly scheduled services if we need to! I'm looking forward to seeing great results from Alterra, so far so good!

William F. did a great job today! He took the time to talk with me to make sure there weren't any problems that I was aware of. He also took care of several ant hills as well as treating around my daughters outside play area to ensure she would be free from spiders and ants.

William F. come to our home and before getting started he made sure we were aware of the work he was going to complete. He asked me telling questions to understand if I was satified with our service thus far and if there were any areas he needed to pay more attention too. Also, he explained the process that would take place once the treatment was applied and what to espect after the treatment. He was very polite and informative. When he finished the treatment he educated me on what areas he treated to make sure all areas I expected to be treated were treated.
