Sheryl M. - Malon was our technician for our 2nd treatment. He was very thorough in his application, sweeping of the eaves and spot treating our yard. He treated our attic and also swept our pergola area. All the time with a smile on his face. Thanks Malon!

I jusr had my initial visit done by Jordan Comstock. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going do. Once he was finished with everything, he came back and confirmed eveything that was done. He also set my expectations for the next few days/weeks. He made me feel confident for choosing Alterra.

Jordan Comstock did a thorough job this morning when he came out. He explained the different products he used inside, outside and in the yard. He knocked down all the spider and cob webs. This was my first treatment, but so far I am very satisfied.

Craig Nielson is a great service technician. He thoroughly explained all he would be doing prior to my first treatment. He then took enough time to clean all the spider webs. Once he was finished, he made sure I knew what treatments had been furnished. Great job!

My first time hearing about this company, so I gave it a try. They even come on the same day for the service! My Service Pro named Jordan Constock did a great job on my house today. He got all the spiderwebs, the bees, and wasps out. Great job! Looking forward to the next time of service.

Marco Garcia, true professional, I was a very worried about the service because the first service was just like every other home service in Atlanta HORRIBLE and rushed through. But Marco saved a customer by actually doing what the company said they will do. Marco Garcie thank you very much, I hope I can have him do our house everytime!

Marco Garcia did a great job treating for ants in our kitchen. He was very respectful and took the time to educate us on avoidance in the future.
