Met Wiiliam Franklin today and was very pleased with his professionalism. Today I had William F at my place for the second pest control visit. even though the service was supposed to be in the outside of my house I asked him to run it in the interior of my house and he was so kind to do this for us. I appreciate doing business with such a great group of professionals and for reacting to my request in such as a short notice. Thanks Alterra! Keep up the good work. Luis S

Today I had Marco Garcia come out today to treat the inside of my home. He was super nice and had a great smile. He asked to see the rooms where I was seeing pests. Very courteous and worked quickly. I've met 3 other staff members from Alterra and they all have been the friendliest staff. It really makes me feel great about doing business with them.

Today we had William Franklin come out on our second service. He was very professional and polite. He talked with our 6 year old and was telling her he had to be on his A game because she would be running around and playing in the yard. He had concern for garden. It's good to know their employees are concerned about our everyday loves and to make sure everything is safe. Thanks for William for great service today!! See you in October.

Our sales consultant was very professional, cordial and a delight to talk to. Such a hard worker in the GA heat. He explained the services very well. Bo Sanders came out a few days later and actually did our service. We were in the middle of buying a new AC unit, unexpectantly. He found his way around our home, quickly explained what he was doing. I appreciated his enthusiasm about getting his job done well. My husband even commented after he left, "did you know that guy was getting spider webs down and spraying our bushes!" Great work on such a hot day! Looking forward to seeing him again in a few months!
