Carol K. ---- After having the same company for 7 years I was hesitant on changing...but so happy I did. Alterra is wonderful, wish more companies took pride in their services. Service Pro Malon Fuller came out today to do our service, he was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. You can tell when a company takes care of its employees, it shows in how they service their customers. Thank you-- I would recommend Alterra and Malon to anyone needing a pest control service.

William Franklin came and treaed our home exterior as well as the interior or my home and deck. I'm writing to express our thanks for having such a great technician. William was professional, thorough and friendly.

First of all, he gave us so much service background as he walked around to asses, ask questions and investigate our situation. William did an excellent job communicating our options, ongoing support and ensured we understood all opportunities available. He then got to work as though we were his first client of the day and his top priority, Whatever you do to train for customer service, keep that up! Williams' upbeat, enthusiastic, friendly manner made our interactions wonderful. We so appreciate the services Alterra offers; and to have the work done by a competent fellow like Willaims F. really adds confidence and value.

This was the first time I was home while Alterra serviced my home.

Malon Fuller was a great person to service your house. He explained the process and showed me everythign he was doing as he walked around serving my home. Thanks!

I agree with others that Malon Fuller is the most courteous, knowledgable, and helpful service technician we have had from Alterra since the beginning. We had a moth problem, and he knew exactly how to handle the problem right away. We haven't had any problems since!

Alterra Service Pro, Malon, just came by for our quarterly service. He was thorough and professional while also being friendly and very upbeat and pleasant. It's so nice to have vendors that seem to enjoy what they do and have the customer needs at the forefront. I would recommend Alterra and Malon to anyone needing a pest control service.

Andrea H review --- If my initial Service Pro Pablo Barajas is a true example of the service I will be receiveing through Alterra, I am going to love this relationship. He was not just prompt but actually early. He was thorough in his explanations and very professional. He was efficient, explained everything he was going to do and reviewed the contract with me. He also worked out in the rain when I asked him to take a break and come inside or at least into the garage out of the rain but he continued to work and returned to my door when he was completed to ensure I knew what to expect next. I wish he were to continue to be my service technician but he explained he only does the initial visits. I wish him the best in his endeavors. He definately has the WOW factor.

Alterra Service Pro Marco Garcia did an absolutely FANTASTIC job servicing our house for the first time ! Marco was very friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions completely. Marco was very thorough in treating our house and yard for the first time. It was such a pleasure and a positive experience to work with him and we hope that he will be our regular service technician for future visits !

Big thanks to Marco Garcia. He did a great job today cleaning up the spider webs and indian moths all around my home.
