Dee Surry came out and did our follow-up service. He was very professional, listened to and addressed our concerns, and did a lot of the steps that the previous service omitted.

Malon Fuller was genuinely interested in helping me resolve my pest control issue. He did an excellent job. Great customer service which is, , sadly so rare.

Jerrod Lee arrived early, moved quickly, and explained in helpful detail the services he was providing and what we can expect going forward. His attention to detail was excellent as was his friendly demeanor. I was the last stop on Jerrod's route on a very hot day, which made me appreciate his efforts even more.

Even though I slept through the doorbell ringing the first time an Alterrapest representative came, they sent someone the next day at the same time. No hassle, no phone calls, no telling me off or complaining that I didn't answer the door at the scheduled time. No extra charge!



In general, my pests are very under control. I don't see cockroaches anymore, ever.

Thank you, Mallon for taking such good care of our yard and not disturbing a bird's nest built off the water spigot.
