Our first waterproofing was done by a company that wasn't in business after it failed. We dreaded leaving for a week on vacation not knowing what we would come home to if it rained while we were away. Three years ago we purchased an Everdry Waterproofing System and now it is a delight to go on vacation knowing that when we come home our basement will be dry. Their battery backup system provides additional peace of mind. Also, their air systems helps to keep the moisture down in the basement. We have been so happy that we recently had our basement redone and even put in carpeting. The inexpensive service plan is helpful too. Early on we had some minor problems and Everdry was out quickly to repair them at no additional cost before the rain.

The salesman that came to the home was very informative. He told us that they would do every wall of the basement, Unfortunately they only did 2 on the outside and all 4 on the inside. We had a side walk on 2 walls and they would not tear up the sidewalk to do those walls even though we didnt mind putting in a new one on our dime. Since then we have had dampness on the one wall that was not done on the outside one time. This was explained to us by the saleman that all walls would be done. He also told us that they would clean the walls with some product to kill any mold or mildew. When we went through the work with the foreman of the job he said that no longer practiced that method. The men on the job were very hard workers and did a good job. I am pleased so far with the product and would recommend them to any one! I think the salesman may need work though. He shouldn't say things are to be done when not. Totally worth the money!! I would do it again.

The previous owners of our home had everdry water proof our basement. The warranty was transferable with out any problems. About 6 years ago we began to see some moisture in our basement. Everydry came out and after checking our system, they redid the system with no hassel at no charge! We have not had any problems since. Great service

The previous owners of our house used Everdry to waterproof our basement, and without any hassel they transfered EVERYTHING over to us. About 6 months after we moved in lightening blew up our sumppump which was covered by everdry, I called the next day and they had people out here just a couple hours later, gave us a new pump and we were back in business!!! Very impressed!!

I had a great experience! The salesperson was very knowledgeable and cared not only about the product, but my family's and my own well being. The crew came over as was scheduled and even did a little more prep work than should have been needed because I was unable to complete it myself. Later, I had an issue where the runoff from the sump pump they installed was going into a neighbors driveway. When I called them to address the issue, they came right out and fixed it at no additional cost added. I've had a dry basement ever since and have had no additional issues that needed addressing, albeit if there were ever an issue, I'm sure they would be there imediately to fix it as they have been in the past.

I have had a fantastic experience with the work performed on my home by Everdry! My brother in law had his basement done years ago and has always been pleased with it,So when my wife went into the basement last spring and found soaked carpeting,we knew who to call.They came out promptly (and free) to evaluate our issues and when Jeff,our rep,pulled the carpet back to inspect the floor,we discovered that there was mold growing under & inside of the carpet.He explained why it was happening and different options that would work for different areas,We ended up going with their patented system,a little pricey,but it was the only system that made sense to take care of every possible water threat.A year later now and not a drop! I thought I would wait a year to give it a good test before commenting on here.Everdry's system passed with flying colors.We replaced the old musty carpet and confidently added a study area for the kids and a few pieces of furniture.Thanks to their EZBreathe ventillator included with the system,even the air is better and fresher down there! They have definitely earned my trust.The confidence my wife and I have for this company and our lifetime warranty is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone with basement water problems.

I bought our home with the system already in place. Previous homeowner said they had consistent flooding every spring. Since the EverDry system has been installed, there has been zero water. Absolutely no issues with the company thus far!

Our home is built in clay soil with no drainage, and water was always seeping in through the basement walls and running across the linoleum floor after each heavy rain. We had tried fixing the wall masonry and carefully chipping off and redoing all the waterproof wall paint. All that work did not completely solve the problem, and only helped for a couple of years. We decided to contract with EverDry to install drain tiles around all the inside and outside perimeters of the house with a sump pump (interior) and a dry well (exterior). All of this work was done in a very timely fashion and with no complications. EverDry's employees were polite, professional, and paid attention to details in restoring the topsoil and cleaning up inside and outside at the completion of the project. This kind of home improvement is not cheap, but well worth the added usable space. Our basement is now completely carpeted and houses our laundry and sewing area, music room, and computer workstation, none of which would have been possible before we had this work done. We would not hesitate recommending EverDry to anyone considering waterproofing their basement and improving the value and the living space of their home.

I haven't had a problem since I had my place waterproofed in 2009. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable people and very prompt.

We bought our home 7 years ago and we new the basement had serious water issues, so we had Everdry put in their system when we first moved in. Just to be safe we waited a year, through all the seasons, before we moved anything in the basement. It has been dry ever since. They have always been very helpful if we have had questions throughout the years. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

We had EverDry come out 10 years ago when we bought our 70+ year old farmhouse. We had rivulets of water run down the center wall when it rained. We intended to partially finish this half so we needed the water stopped! We chose to have both the outside and inside work done for the best success. It has been a great experience. They completed the initial work in a timely manner and even had me see their work in progress to understand what was being done. Our basement seeped and had mold, which has caused health problems for me. We opted for the multi-level system, which includes the EZ Breathe system. Our job was completed 3 days ago and I can already tell a huge difference!



Our job required that some of the driveway be cut away, including the spot in front of the side door. Before they left, they actually created a new stoop for us.



I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Grand Rapids to anyone with basement problems. We didn't have leaks or floods, but they were still able to make a huge difference!

They came out and showed me what I need where. Performed the work, cleaned up every thing, and I now have a dry basment and added living space.

We suffered with a really wet basement everytime it rained. Our feet were always soaked trying to clean up until Everdry came into our lives. They did such a fantastic job on many levels to make sure there wasn't even a drip left. They were very immaculate doing their job. They even cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for any wet basements. They have saved us time, money, headaches and wet feel.

I have had wet basements for years. When I was told about Everydry, I called right away! They did a great job many years ago and it still working like a charm.
