We bought an old home several years ago that had a very wet and musty smelling basement. We called Everdry Waterproofing of Grand Rapids and they came out and installed the correct drainage system and sealed everything up. Since then we haven't had one single issue. I purchased my first home one year ago. Every time it rained, even a little bit, the basement would flood and I would be stuck shop vaccing out the water. The Everdry salesman came out and explained exactly what was happening and how he could help. The work was done roughly one month ago and has performed exceptionally through three large rain storms. Ask for Bill Jones when calling!

We recently bought a house that had a waterproofing system provided by Everdry. The previous owners had continued a warranty with them, so it transferred over to us. Shortly after we moved in we noticed a crack in our basement wall, and we found that it was getting damp every time it rained. When we called Everdry they immediately scheduled someone to come out and take a look at the situation. When he came out he not only looked at the crack, but since we were new to their system he brought me all kinds of information and showed me exactly how our waterproofing system works. After about an hour's discussion he set up a time for the crew to come out and waterproof the crack as soon as the weather warmed up. I pictured that it would take 3-4 guys with a small excavator most of the morning to fix the crack, and that a large amount of my rock bed would be disturbed. I couldn't have been further from the truth. On the scheduled day two men arrived right on time and began work first thing in the morning. They hand-dug a hole right where the crack was located, sealed it from the outside, came in and caulked it from the inside, then re-filled the hole and replaced the rock bed all within about an hour and a half. And because we had the warranty they did both the consultation as well as the repair for free. I am so happy that the previous owners of my home chose Everdry to waterproof their basement, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs to waterproof their basement!

My husband and I had Everdry evaluate and repair our damp and humid basement almost 7 years ago, in the fall of 2007. Everdry installed reinforcement strips along the concrete walls and added a ventilation system. Since that time, we have had no water issues at all. We are very satisfied customers and strongly recommend Everdry for your water-plagued basements.

Bottom line, no more musty air in my house for the last 8+ years. My EverDry Basement system works with an EZBreathe machine that works all year long and a sump hole for drainage that was installed (back in 2006). Another thing is that this company replaced a number of braces that protruded into my basement with some plates that support the walls creating more space in my basement. Well worth what I paid for it. Thank you, Rob for having done a wonderful job.

I had Everdry waterproof my basement in 2005 and have never had a leak since. Both the sump pump and dehumidifier are working fine 9 years later.

Roughly a year ago we had a serious water problem in our basement. We did not know who to call. A friend recommended Everdry. A year later, we have a dry basement and are stress free. They were willing to work with us, they were fair, and perhaps most important they fixed the problem.

We moved into our home about six months ago and when we realized we were having some basement water issues, a friend who had the Everdry system put in several years ago suggested that we call them. The crew who installed our system was fantastic. They were friendly, courteous, professional and respectful of our home and belongings. The foreman, Mike, was incredibly patient as he answered our MANY, MANY questions about the process. He took his time to explain each step of the installation and to describe the materials they were using and how the system would function.

The system is comprehensive and is installed with attention to detail. The lifetime service warranty gives us confidence as homeowners because we know that they will come out to correct, adjust or fix anything that is not working properly in the future.

So far, we’re very pleased and for the first time in months we’re not dreading the next big rainfall!

We are very grateful for the job the Everdry Company has done for us March 2013. We purchased this house August 2003 & had water problems the first year. As time went on we had water in the basement 4 times & lost all of the carpeting. This is a finished basement complete with a lovely fieldstone fireplace. Finally we contacted Everdry & agreed to have their system put in.







The workers did everything possible to keep the rest of the house clean by hanging plastic in the stairwell. Even around the house they had to dig & put the dirt on the tarp. They were all very polite & respectful in every way, it was so cold but they got the job done. This spring 2013 had to be the ultimate test for the system they installed. As bad as the rain was causing flooding everywhere we are happy to say our basement was & is completely dry. We are satisfied with their work & would recommend them to anyone!

The service and staff at Everdry Waterproofing is the BEST!. When I bought my house I inherited the warranty, however Everydry was not notified that I was the new owner.

When I found water in the basement, I called to ask them to repair, and they said the warranty was not up to date, but they could offer me paying the missed years, and they would come fix it for me.

They were prompt on fixing and very thorough in fixing my water issue, I would highly recommend this company..

Our house was built on clay about 20 years ago, and water pressure against the basement foundation was always a problem. Finally, after enough water was seeping in at various spots, we realized that major changes had to be made. I consulted some co-workers, one of whom recommended EverDry, and we have been very pleased with the results.



The individual who visited our home to assess our needs was very knowledgeable and took ample time, almost two hours, to discuss the sources of our problems as well as possible remedies. We appreciated his thoroughness as well as the fact he did not try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot.



While having this work done on our home was not inexpensive, we recognized the need to address the problem of water seeping into our basement and decided that the purchase would be well worth it in terms of helping our home maintain its value. Simply put, we wanted the job done right.



We couldn't have made a better decision. The system installed by Everdry does its job in terms of eliminating external water pressure, which is the root source of seepage. Our basement floor is absolutely dry, and, because we also purchased the EZBreathe system, the basement air is also much less humid. It's reassuring to know we can once again use our basement for storage and not worry about mold and mildew buildup on our belongings.



Having Everdry fix our problem was a great decision, and I give the company my highest recommendation, both for quality of work and for service.

Purchased the everydry system for the house I grew up in. Basement had always been damp and musty. Now it is an icnredible usable part of the house. Have not had any roubles whatsoever witht he system. Well worth installing
