Had a problem with my water softener so I took it apart found what the issues were with it. I took the parts that needed replaced to Superior and they gladly helped me out with getting the right replacement parts. The service manager even replaced a bad seat in the valve head for me then charged me full retail price for all the parts $136 to be exact.

When I purchased my water softener I was handed a warranty certificate which states the workmanship and materials is covered by a lifetime warranty. Parts are covered with a $50 deductible and labor, trip charges or anything else that incurs cost is not covered. With that said, I asked them about the $50 for parts and the service manager tells me he would have to look at it to determine if there was a workmanship issue. Well, workmanship is not the issue it is the materials part of the warranty. I had the parts in one hand and they loaded me up with the replacement parts they said I needed in the other. There is nothing in the warranty that states a service call is required.

Bottom line is they didn't honor their warranty.

Courtney came out today and helped me with the cooling problems I was having with my AC, but also taught how to maintain and take care of my Unit. He was very helpful, honest, and courteous. Great Service!!

Superior came out to clean my furnace and air ducts. The quote price by Quentin was reasonable and the work by Rex and Brandon satisfactory. The only complaint is I had to point out an air intake that they missed but they did correct it. I would use them again especially since we were able to schedule the work to be done within a week's time.

Superior came out yesterday to change out filters on our RO unit and did a great job. They came during the time promised and were very courteous.

We called Superior and they were able to come out and quickly fix our water filter under our sink so we could have good drinking water again! The repair guy also told us what we can do if it happens again so we don't have to pay the $90 service charge. It was a quick fix and we are glad he was so helpful!

We have used Superior Water and Air for several years now and have always enjoyed having them take care of our heating and air. Dave Barlow came out the other day and did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Incorrect installation damaged the structure of my home. They refuse to correct the damage. They ignore phone calls and emails.

In December 2010 Superior Water & Air installed a tankless water heater and a new water softener. Only one person was sent to do the entire installation. He drilled holes in my existing beam next to a weight-bearing wall and about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the beam. This resulted in weakening the structural integrity of my house. After failing Orem City inspection twice they got an engineer to say "although reduced in strength, the joists still meet minimum requirements for this span." It took several phone calls, and almost a year, to finally get a copy of the letter from the engineer. I was never able to get a copy of the calculations by the engineer to find out how much the strength of the joists was reduced. I am NOT willing to accept a weakened structure of my house, or the resulting lower value of my house. I have been too patient. I want my house fixed completely so it is just as strong as it was before Superior Water and Air damaged it.

i would like to say i am very pleased with the manor in which i recieved my water softner and the professionalism that the complany and insaller showed during the process. the instalation was done in a timley manor. i was very happy with the way things were handled. the person who installed it was very courtious and knowledgable. i would recomend superior water and air to anyone who is looking to get a water softner or air unit. every one was very likeable and had answers for every question i had

I first found out about Superior Water and Air when I spoke with a duct cleaning representative at my local Costco.  I figured that if Costco trusted them then I should have them give me a no obligation bid and see what it would look like to clear out all the dust coming from our vents.

Their representative named Guy came out and once he was able to assess everything and our particular set up (which was not common) he provided us with a very detailed and easy to understand plan.  He was not pushy or shady feeling at all.  He explained really what would be the best for our home long term.

We scheduled an appointment and had Guy and Tim come out to provide the service since he was the one most familiar with it.  They were very professional and put cloths down to be respectful of our carpets and rooms.

Once the service was complete, we were very satisfied and glad that we had it done by Superior.  My wife who is very sensitive to dust has been breathing much better ever since.

I would highly recommend Superior for any service due to my experience.

This place is great. We have had them come to our house for a furnace inspection, and the guy was much more affordable and friendly and clean cut that any of the others we had come by. Then when our water heater was having problems and we decided to replace it, we got a couple of quotes to determine how much it would cost. Everything was really out of code and the other quotes we got were up to $500 more than Superior Water and Air to get everything up to code. Their sales reps are clean cut and don't smell like cigarette smoke like some of the others we have had come by, and Mitch and Nick replaced were the ones who ended up replacing the water heater, and they did a great job. It is nice to have warm water again, and at a fraction of what it would have cost me elsewhere.

Don't waste time with anyone else. Called in the morning to get the furnace fixed, they had an appointment for the next day, no problem. Received a call at 3 the same day wanting to know if the tech could come by, of course he could. Very friendly, fixed the furnace, did a bit of a clean job on it and since no parts were needed all we had to pay for was the service call, he really seemed to feel bad that he had to charge us for that. Before he left the house, we had REAL HEAT, wonderful service. Air conditioner tune up will be from Superior. Thanks for the quick service.

So our water heater went out and my husband and I decided to get a couple of bids. 1 of the guys didn't even show up. Another quoted $700 PLUS CODE Uprades but wouldn't clarify the cost of the upgrades before hand-- That made us feel pretty wary. The last quote was through Home Depot they set up an appt from their installer-- Superior Water & Air. Their quote, was actually a little higher than the 2nd guy, But it was all inclusive and up front. They including upgrading the exhaust chimney pipe-- I guess ours was too small. They got a permit, the city came out and inspected the install, they had included about 5 other upgrades-- Including a little blue tank that sits on top of the water heater-- to bring it up to code, so their Price was actually a lot lower since they included everything in the price and didn't try to nickle and dime you with all of the upgrades like the other guys. Again, none of the other guys mentioned a permit or inspection, so they can probably cut some corners and do it for a little less since they are just changing out the tank--, but since my kids have bedrooms downstairs I like the idea of doing it right and having the exhaust chimney upgraded-- I really like the guys from superior, they fixed some issues with our dyer exhaust while they were there, they put a runner on the floor and were careful with the walls, they even covered their shows since it was wet and snowy outside-- Oh and we were able to put it on a home depot card at 0 percent interest for 18 months. I love these guys, I have seen few other comments from people saying the quote was expensive, but when the guys from the city left the inspection paperwork, I saw that the Inspecton fee was $80 and Superior had taken care of that-- They didn't try to add it on after the fact. I think that is the honest way to do business and I will definately call these guys again Jessica and James

These guys installed a Noritz Tankless Water Heater and it has worked Fabulously. With 5 kids, it seemed that someone always got stuck with Cold Water, We now can now run 3 showers at the same time and have the Laundry going. The install wasn't cheap, but I did do my research and feel that we got the best value. They upgraded the gas line and meter, they included a conditioner/ descaler to prevent scale buildup which is something to worry about with our Riverton Hard Water, and they ran new ventilation PVC Pipes about 20 feet worth through a finished basement. I like the fact that they don't surprise you wit additional charges-- Its all included with no extra charges. They made some cuts in the ceiling, but as promised, sent a drywaller who refinished the area all at no additional charge. They did everything they said they would do and more. I'm a hard guy to please but would gladly recommend Superior Water & AIr.

Horrible! Learn from our mistake! We were totally ripped off. After being smooth talked by a salesman, (our fault, I know) we were pressured into buying a Rinnai tankless water heater as well as the water softener we called them for. The tankless water heater never worked and we found out later from asking around that we paid waaaaay too much for Superior's own water softener. Other plumbers we called were shocked at the price. As for the water heater, it never worked and it took months of being jerked around. Several servicemen came until the 'top' guy was sent out. He told us that his instructions were to make it work because Superior didn't want to remove it. It still didn't work with him. They finally did take it out, but we were screwed out of a couple thousand dollars since Superior refused to completely reimburse us. They are a greedy company and could care less about customers. It is all about sales for them.

Clean and Healthy water is what I want for me and my family. Good thing I switched to Superior Water and Air Services. They provide clean and water that my family loves. My little kids love the taste of our purified water at home and I can see a huge difference by judgeing from their appetite. I will recommend Superior Water Purifiers to my neighbors.

My Family runs a small automobile repair shop and we choose to use Superior's water purification system because we wanted our employees to have the best drinking water as possible. We are only charged a small monthly fee for their product regardless of how much water we use. I am confident that my employees and my family will stay healthy drinking their purified water instead of having those refillable bottled water.

I'm glad to try Superior and water services, they are very professional in dealing with us. The price is very reasonable and I was very happy with an outstanding treatment they gave us. No doubt I will not settle for less, I will definitely consider them as long time partner in helping us with all our troubles with our heating and cooling system at home.
