Jeff Barlow was prompt and thorough when he serviced our furnace. He answered our questions and gave a professional recommendation

We have had nothing but problems in dealing with superior water, we had a softener and a reverse osmosis filter installed and it has never worked properly. Despite many calls and several different techs. nothing has been resolved, however we have now enjoyed the flooding of our basement and over a dozen of empty promises. Its unfortunate that the techs being sent into such a mess end up trying to band-aid a bullet wound, since no one else with in the company will answer or even return phone calls.

Thanks to Guy S. and Tim T., they did excellent job for the duct cleaning. They worked very efficiently and did not leave any mess behind. Thanks.

Excellent installation. Service guy, Trent, was very knowledgably and did in less than two hours what would have taken me all day. Answered all my questions. The price was definitely on the high side. I could have got it done for $400-500 less, but not in the same time frame, especially being a holiday weekend. So over all, GOOD!

Mark and Ben were amazing. It was a huge job. They installed a new tank less water heater. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and thorough attention to detail. I am excited to have the new water heater and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Superior to family and friends. As a matter of fact, I have already told my neighbor how pleased I am.

Spencer came to change the filters on my water system and checked my water softener. He also gave me a free estimate on having my air ducts cleaned. He was right on time and so nice and friendly and very helpful. He even carried a bag of softener salt downstairs and put it in for me. I always recommend Superior to everyone. Sam did an excellent job installing our new water heater! Sam went the extra mile to do the following:

1- Sam put an expansion tank on to increase the life of the water heater.

2- Sam put a better hot water shut off valve on.

3- Explained how to change all of the settings.

4- Sam is a really nice guy!

Technician Chad G. came and performed maintenance on both my furnaces and air conditioners. He was able to diagnose why one of my air conditioners wasn't cooling the upstairs like it should. Not only was he able to fix it, he went the extra mile and cleaned the outside housing of both air conditioners. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely recommend Superior to all my co-workers and friends.

My AC was not working for few days and I called for service through a local company. Their technician came by and told me that the compressor is out and gave a bid for a new unit. I called Superior and they were kind enough to accommodate my schedule. Technician Chad G. stopped by and in few minutes diagnosed the problem. The capacitor was out and initially he thought that the contactor is out too. I wrote him a check and shortly after, he came back and said that only the capacitor needs to be changed. Not only he was smart enough to fix it quickly when the other guy could not, he was honest too and I greatly appreciated that. Excellent service.

Technician (Samuel Reese) was pleasant and had the old water softener out and the new one installed in reasonable time.

It'll be a week or so before I will know how it is operating.

After three years of trying to figure out why our water softener didn't work, including have techs come in and check it over, Spencer from Superior Water and Air came and spent some time looking it over. He adjusted it, took the time to explain why it wasn't working and give me some steps to take. For the last week we have had soft water, and I feel confident the problem is taken care of.

I just had Chad G out to service my air conditioner . He was great came earlier than scheduled and on pioneer day to boot. Thought I would get stuck without air for the day. Very glad I didn't ! He was very professional and got my unit up and running in a couple of hours and that was having to go to Lenox for the part. Very satisfied with service. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. Very refreshing today. Did a great job couldn't have asked for more. Keep up the great work Chad.

Jeff Barlow wasn't even scheduled to take care of my poorly functioning AC unit, but he went out of his way and worked longer during the hot days to make sure my family and I were taken care of! He was back the next day again with the right parts, the extra time to make everything perfect, and advice about what to do in the future.
