Jeff Barlow took care of our AC on a late Saturday last minute call. Superior was very supportive and Jeff diagnosed the problem and got the parts installed very efficiently.

Thank you Patti Esplin for doing such a thorough job servicing our water dispenser. Superior was the right choice for our business.

Guy S. and Nick B. came to my house to do an Air Duct cleaning. They were friendly and professional. They laid down tarps to make sure my carpeting didn't get dirty from their hoses. They did their job well and in a timely manner. They offered tips on how to keep my furnace and air conditioner running effectively. No job is perfect, but these two did a great job. Jim Simone is the technician who did the work order. He was very knowledgeable about his line of work, neat and clean in appearance, friendly and spoke English. I would recommend Superior Water and Air.

Rick Davis came out and gave me an estimate on a new coil and line set. He was a great salesman he never tried to talk me into something i didn't need, and wasn't pushy.

Roger Pay and Oscar Davis did a great job on the installation. They stayed as long as it took to get the job and they cleaned up and went over everything they did with me. Superior may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and you get good name products, plus you get financing through home depot.

Courtney came out and diagnosed my A/C and found the problem quickly. He communicated what was wrong and how to fix it in terms I could understand, then ordered the parts I needed. Came back when the parts came in and installed them with no problems. Turned the unit on and now I have A/C again.



Clean appearance, asked to use shoe covers in my house. Professional skills, able to find the problem quickly and had the knowledge to fix it. (The last company I used sent three different guys four different times and they still couldn't get it to work.) He even took a minute to pet my new puppy, I know it seems silly but little things that all add up to excellent customer service.



I learned about Superior Water and Air from my next door neighbor and I'll be happy to pass on a 5 Star recomendation when someone ask me for a referral.

Martin A came to my home to change the water purification system filters and check on our water softener. He was so polite and professional, very pleasant and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. Thank you so much Martin for our yearly filter change and equipment check. It was a pleasure having you in our home.

Mike Pokorny and Brandon Nolan just installed a new Lennox system for our home. We were so impressed with the work they performed with the installation. They arrived with professional uniforms and maintained that standard throughout the job. They helped Superior Water and air maintain their stellar reputation. Cudos to these men and the company they represent.

Folks at Superior are always knowledgeable, always pleasant. willing to return to fix anything, willing to work with my schedule. The staff they have hired are above board, nice, friendly people. I use Superior for all my furnace, air, and water needs now and have for about 4 years with no problem. I recommend them to any and all who will listen.

Excellent in every way. Installed a tankless water heater and were are delighted. Mark and Levi did an excellent job! We have gotten a furnace, AC unit and softener thru Superior and couldn't be happier.

Once again Superior has come through with superior service. They called me to remind me that they owed me a free tune-up, scheduled it, and performed excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using them.

I have had several dealings with Superior Water and Air and have had excellent experiences each time. Levi was wonderful in helping with my AC service. Will highly recommend these guys!!

Excellent service from Kevin Burnett at Superior Water and Air. Not only did he install my replacement filters, he saved me a ton of money by identifying a leak from my garbage disposal. The leak was small, but had been happening for a while. Thanks to Kevin, I was able to temporarily fix the leak until I could replace my garbage disposal.

We highly recommend Greg Razo from this company. He worked up to two hours until the blockage was clear. We were worried about the cost and were very happy that it was a low price. Greg was kind and honest. We will be using this company again because of him.

After having others come out and give us bids on putting in a tankless water heater, we weren't too excited about having to be out of water for a couple days maybe even three for them to get the job done. I ended up getting in contact with SW&A and they gave me a soft quote over the phone that was basically the same price as the others. After meeting with me they assured me that they could get everything done for the price they quoted me over the phone, but done in the same day and they could do the drywall work that others wouldn't! Mitch and Greg arrived fairly early in the 2 hr window they gave me to show up and finished just a few hours after normal working hours so it didn't inconvenience us much at all. Everything was explained well and they made sure to "WOW" me the best they could.

Did a great job at testing our water softener, locating a few problems and testing our water.

I have required your services on 2 different occasions. Just had a new Hot water heater installed yesterday, on Valentine's no less. Mark Frank was such a hard working and lovely gentleman in every way. I was so impressed with how he protected my flooring and cleaned up after he was finished. Give him a raise. My request, not his. Thank you so much for such great service.

Our heater went out and we have small children. Chad G. came out to service our heater and went above and beyond to help us in our situation. I am very pleased with this company and will use them in the future!! Thank you Chad G and Superior Water & Air!!
