I called around to several places only Action could come out that day and fix my water heater. No more cold showers!!!

No matter what clogging stuff I used, the stink in my drains would not clear up. Action found the problem and fixed it within minutes.

Action came out w/in hours and fixed my leaking a/c AND they didn't make me wait all day like the cable company.

Action was fantastic all around looking at both my furnace and A/C and giving both a tune-up!

i called Action because the heating and air unit at our office keep breaking. The techs came up that morning and fixed the unit--and told us it was happening because one office was on heat and another air and it was kind of crashing the system. Then, they showed us how to fix it in case it happened again! Great customer service!

I have a horrible septic system that backs up all the time. Action came out and unglogged it in one swoop and gave me suggestions to keep it from clogging again.

I called Action because my water heater wasn't working--hot water/cold water--it was a mess. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem and fix it in the same day! The other companies I called told me I'd have to wait at least 24 hours for an appointment. I am very pleased with Action.

I called Action because my sink was clogged and shooting water out the side. Action came and 'snaked' it (that's what they called it) and we went through almost the whole line before they found the clog, but they did! The sink works great and they even mopped my floor on the way out!

Who can beat these guys prices? $33 bucks and they tune-up my furnace. Super easy and fast.

I called Action because my sump pump was backing up into my laundry room--not ideal. They came out the same day and had a great attitude about the project. Nobody wants to deal with those issues, but the guys at Action took care of it and got the pump up and running again. Phew!

Read the reviews and you will find that this company uses every single deceptive practice "bait and switch, fear-based emotional selling etc." out there. Call Action Dog and you will get ripped off, you will be unsatisfied, and you will go through much more headaches and hassle than if you called another company. The fact that the management has done NOTHING to change their practices or policies, as I'm sure they have their share of complaints and feedback, means that they DON'T care about keeping their customers. Rather, they rely heavily on marketing to attract new customers/victims. The only problem with this business model is that eventually there will be fewer new customers because of their poor reputation. Trust the reviews. Don't call this company. Don't become their next victim.

I called Action Heating & Air because they were running a "special" for annual service on furnaces. When they came out to service my furnace the technician announced that he had some "good news/bad news" for me. He said my furnace had a crack and was most likely leaking very dangerous carbon monoxide which could poison my family. The "good news" is that they could install a new furnace for $2,800. My "sixth-sense" was going off because there was something about the technician that told me he was trying to scam me. Just to be certain that my family wasn't being put at risk, I called two other companies which each did a thorough inspection and reported that my furnace was running efficiently and safely. This plumbing company tried to stick it to me for nearly $3,000! I highly recommend NOT doing business with them. If you have an appointment scheduled with them---cancel it and don't let them into your home!

First off, I have never written a negative review, nor am I a person who complains a lot. I called Action Dog for a water heater problem and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The person in charge of responding to complaints, Chris, was defensive and took the side of the technician, of course. He was condescending and patronizing from the get-go and just made matters worse. Never offered to solve the problem or even look further into the matter. Very unprofessional.

showed up when they said they would. they also worked with the price for us. explaned everything that was going to be done. very friendly. would recommend to people.

My main sewer line gets blocked with tree roots on occasion, We called Action Plumbing Heating & air and they would not give us a quote over the phone. When their service man arrived, he gave a cornucopia of reasons why the job would be difficult. He then gave us a quote of between 469.00 to 1100.00 dollars depending on how hard he would have to work. We called three other places and eventually had the job done by Electric Plumbing and Rooter for 136.50, with a one month warranty. It took them 1/2 an hour to complete the job. Apparently the job was not that difficult. Will not call Action Plumbing Heating & air for anything again.
