Great emergency services!!! My pipes backed up and the basement started flooding. These guys came out on a Sunday to fix my problem. It was such a relief to know these guys are available if something like this were ever to happen again.

Not on time. There is no communication between the service technician & the office. I scheduled a month in advance & when they didn't show up, I called and found out they bumped me behind several other jobs. They didn't include a repair in the service call, they charged extra and said, "That isn't what we came out for today".

Hmmm... not sure what all the complaints are about? My technician was on time, quick and efficient. he didn't try to scam me or anything and the people who answer the phone at action are equally awesome.

Talk about bad timing, but Action really did come to my rescue. It's one thing for my water heater to stop working, but with 10 people coming into town for the weekend - that's not so good. Action was able to come by last night and make the adjustments I needed but with some suggestions for a new water heater when we are ready to buy a new one.

My 90 year old mother had a plugged sewer line. She called Action to have service person clear sewer line. He came to her house in the evening and told her the price to clear the line would be$ 360.00/ She told him that she thought that was high and would get another bid. He said that all the plumbing companies were that much. She had him do the work. How is a 90 year old woman supposed to know what a fair plumbing price should be? It took him 20 minutes to clear the line. He charged her the $ 360.00. I called another company in the area to compare prices. $ 105.00. I called Action and complained. I was told that they don't charge by time, they charege by the job. Wish there was a lower rate than one star.

I was really worried that with the winter season already here I wouldn't be able to get anybody to come out and check on my furnace. Action was available and came out the next day. The tech adjusted my furnace - but also told me that I would need a new furnace before the end of the season. I wasn't so sure, so I called and got a second opinion. Action was right and now I know what I need to plan for.

I'll be honest... I saw the commercials and thought the furnace tune-up would be something cheap... but that wasn't it at all. The tech that came to tune-up my furnace was even giving me a lesson about what to look out for in the future; how to keep my furnace clean and running well... all for like 30 buck! Can't beat it!

Action Plumbing was able to repair my sump pump the same day it went out. They did a great job and I am so grateful! Don't know if you've ever had a sump pump problem, but it is not fun.

Action came out to tune up my furnace for winter. It didn't take much time, was cheap and I now I know I'm in good shape for when the snow flies!

I called Action Plumbing and Heating to come out and take a look at my furnace and a shower handle in my guest room. They got me tuned up and my heat turned on, which was great! The plumber had a hard time with my shower handles, but he didn't quit on the project until it was fixed and looked great. I really appreciated Action doing a repair the right way and not sloppy like some other companies' people. They were great and I even saved money from the coupons on their website. Thanks, guys!

I was working with another hvac company and they kept telling me that I needed a brand new furnace when mine is only 3 years old. Action said no problem and just tune-ed it up for me. Saved me so much money!

They came out within two hours and got my furnace warm for the winter. They were courteous and didn't talk to my wife like she was dumb but with respect. I appreciated that and would hire them again.

I called 5 different places before I called Action and they were the only people that could come out the next day. They worked quickly and that kept my bill down. I was very happy.

These cats..I mean Dogs (sup Action Dog) were cool. They came right out, fast service and were fun to work with. I would recommend them for a furnace repair...if you like good service and stuff...

I haven't really had much of a need for action's service - but I just wanted to say that I LOVE Action's commercials. I can't stop laughing at whatever Action dog is up to next. Thanks for some good radio entertainment!

The tree trunk in my front yard grew into one of the pipes that runs under my house and before I knew it - the ground was like quick sand. action came out in 24 hours and were able to find the problem and stop the soon to be sink hole!

my husband and I are do it yourself-ers but we had a plumbing problem we couldn't figure out. Action was true to their word and price. If we ever need to, I'm sure we will call them again.

I didn't realize Action did electrical too!? They did an amazing job helping me re-wire my townhouse for better lighting and my deck.

My son decided it would be fun to stuff a sock down the toilet... Action was amazing... came over that afternoon and was able to unclog the drain! Thank you!
