Travel Haus was great to work with. They always got back with me right away and Jessica Pressler even helped us make last minute changes to make sure our trip was everything we expected. Can't wait to work with them again and book another trip.

A sincere Thank you to Mike & his team at Travel Haus! I worked with Andrea Deffenbaugh and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to! She took care of every last detail which made the process stress free for me. They also took the time to answer any questions I had in regards to our trip. We just returned home from El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya and had an amazing time! I am beyond impressed with Travel Haus of St. Louis and I can’t wait to use them again in the future.

Travel Haus was wonderful to work with. We decided Thanksgiving to get married before New Years and I spent days looking at options. Only to get totally confused. I called the Travel Haus and while driving I gave them all the details of what I wanted to accomplish. Theresa called me back and emailed me the info to review for several locations along with researched what we would need to get married at each location. She was wonderful anticipating my questions before I had questions. Also on Sunday before we left I could not access the airline website to check in,

I called the local 24 hour service line and they resolved it. Great service, great people.

I was referred to Travel Haus by a friend of my brothers. I was trying to find a destination for my honeymoon and was completely overwhelmed at all of the options available. When I contacted them, they were so friendly and professional. They gave me some great options and my fiance' and I were able to select a honeymoon that we are so excited to to go on! All of the representatives at Travel Haus have been so friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions we have had. I definately recommend Travel Haus for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation without all the stress.

I have dealt with Travel Haus for 9 years now, especially Kelly. I live in Topeka, Ks, they are in St Louis, but I would never switch agencies. In 9 years, we have never had one thing go wrong from the time we leave home till we get to our destination & back. They never make me feel like I am bothering them, whatever the call & question is that I ask them. In my book, they are top notch!!!!!

Travel Haus of St. Louis and Vicki Carlock were amazing! I meet Vicki at the St. Louis Bridal show in 2012. I knew I wanted to have a destination wedding but had no idea how to make it happen. She helped me every step of the way and probably had to answer ten million stupid questions. Every time myself, my now husband, family had a question she was there to answer them for us right away. When we got married (2.15.2013) she helped us to coordinate getting friends and family all over the East Coast and Midwest to Riviera Maya Mexico. NO only that she helped us on deciding what resort would best match what we were wanting for our beach wedding! Everything turned out fabulous and we could not be happier. In fact my husband and I are already looking to book our anniversary trip and I reach out to Vicki to get the ball rolling. She was definitely a great person to work with and always calmed me down when wedding stresses were a little out of control. Thanks Vicki!

We worked with Gayle at Travelhaus and the working relationship couldn't have been better. We originally planned for a destination wedding going as far as having it booked. However, unexpected health issues for my mother-in-law caused us to have to make drastic changes to our plans resulting in canceling our plans for a destination wedding to instead have locally. But we kept our travel plans with Gayle the same for our honeymoon at the Casita's Royale. While our prioritization was on our family as well as trying to coordinate a wedding, Gayle was on top of letting us know what we needed to do and when. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law passed five days after our wedding but throughout securing the final stages of our trip, Gayle was very compassionate and understanding not to mention accommodating. Simply put, Gayle made everything easy from the beginning to the end. Upon first meeting, she took time to get to know us and got a good feel for our personalities. She was clear and concise about all the details and best of all, everything was delivered as promised. Truthfully, Gayle probably undersold and over-delivered. I'd certainly book another trip with Gayle and furthermore, I'd highly recommend her to anyone considering exotic vacation traveling! Thanks a million Gayle!

Our youngest daughter always dreamed of having a Beach wedding. I was more than skeptical of trying to arrange a destination wedding to Riviera Maya. We contacted Travel Haus and worked with the most amazing agent named Julie Knaust. She was so detailed orientated, knowledgeable but very pleasant and approchable. We had 45 guests coming from all over the country plus family from Canada. She put all our concerns to rest. The Now Sapphire Resort was breath taking. The staff were all so friendly and professional. The Event Planner Ramon really knew his stuff. A very pleasant young man.When my daughter said, "This wedding was more than I had ever dreamed possible," I really felt I could never thank Julie enough for all her hard work !!!! I would definitely work with Julie at Travel Haus again.

I can't thank Kelly Morman at Travel Haus enough for everything she did while booking our trip to the Hard Rock Cancun. She made sure that we fully understood everything, how the hotel credit would work, what the agenda would be, etc. We were able to pack and go without having to worry about the details. We had a great time! The Hard Rock Cancun was beautiful and the staff was amazing. This hotel takes all inclusive to the extreme! We've only been back a day and I've already reach out to Kelly to start looking a rates to return to the Hard Rock for our next vacation. I definitely recommend the Hard Rock, Travel Haus, and Kelly for all your vacation needs.

All the booking through Kelly Morman was great. She helped us with all the spa and golf outing bookings. We stayed at the Hard Rock in Cancun with 97.3 the bull group. Shuttle from airport was great. Check in was quick. The rooms were Fantastic. Fully stocked fridge included in the deal. The staff was great and the hotel could not have been kept cleaner. I would definately stay here again.



Make sure to go to the bank and get 1$ bills for tips. There is no change to be found anywhere in Cancun. I felt bad not tipping in a lot of circumstances because I could not get change for a $20. Remember even though the deal says tips included you should still tip the wait staff.

If you are considering a destination wedding in Riviera Maya....call Gayle Ailshie at Travel Haus....you will not regret it. There was not a single detail that was not considered and arranged. All of the arrangments for the bride and groom, wedding ceremony and all the guests that attended were arranged by Gayle. She was so attentive to everyones questions and needs. We could not have had a better time and most importantly, the wedding ceremony and reception was breathtaking from beginning to end.



So, don't give a second thought to arranging a wedding "from afar"....Gayle will think of EVERYTHING!!!

We just returned from Secrets Maroma - Riviera Maya - The trip was fabulous, and was everything that Julie had said it would be. We love working with Julie Knaust for our trips, she is on top of all details, and just a super easy person to work with. We will definitely be using Travel Haus (through Julie of course) in the future!!!

We just returned from Hualtulco Mexico where Julie Knuast arranged our vacation. We had a wonderful time and Julie makes sure all the details are taken care of during our trip. We had a wonderful time!!!

Just spent the past week in Haultulco Mexico that Julie Knaust had planned. She did an awesome job of planning and making sure everything was taken care of. We have traveled thru Julie before and will be sure and use her again.

We just returned from an amazing week at Secrets Hualtulco, Mexico. Julie Knaust booked an amazing trip for a group of 28. Everything was well organized and we all had an amazing time. I will continue to book our vacations through Julie.

I would highly recommend using Julie Knaust through Travel Haus of St. Louis. She is thorough and efficient and we were able to depend on her for whatever we needed. She obviously takes pride in her career and does a great job at it. I plan on using Julie Knaust again for our next vacation. Travel Haus should be proud to call her one of their own.

Julie did a super GREAT job of putting together a group of 28 of us at Secrets in Hualtco, Mexico last week. Her attention to detail was amazing and we were all Preferred Plus at the resort. She always had all the answers to ANY of my questions and was very pleasant to work with!! It was a great trip!!

Kelly Morman did a fantastic job booking all of the travel and hotel arrangements for my brother's wedding in Cancun late last year. She was professional, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. We all had a wonderful time, and Kelly was very accommodating of everyone's needs. It was a pleasure being able to go out of the country for an event such as this, and to not encounter any hassles or issues whatsoever! I highly recommend Travel Haus, they will not disappoint you!
