Rachel planned the most amazing honeymoon to Australia for us. She helped us plan the perfect trip within our budget. We went to three different destinations within the country and had zero travel issues. We enjoyed all of the excursions that were picked out for us, especially snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef! Thanks, Rachel!

I booked my first vaction in years to Las Vegas with Jessica from Travel Haus. I gave her my dates and price ranges and boy did she deliver. She got us a great deal and a beautiful hotel room at the Mirage. This hotel is huge and has a lot of amneties we recieved a $50 food and beverage credit as well. I will be using her for my next trip.

I book a vacation once a year for my wife and I to go some place warm. We decided to use Mike and Travel Haus to book this time. I gave them a description of my previous trips and what I expect in a trip. We ended up going to Negril this time, and we were spoiled! They nailed it!! Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I will be calling them again next year when we are booking!

Jessica Pressler planned our trip to Negril, Jamaica. I gave her a short list of things we wanted and she did all the work planning an awesome trip. The hotel she recommended was perfect and was everything we asked for. She's great!

Jessica planned our honeymoon to Secrets Maroma in Riviera Maya. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with!

Jessica Pressler planned our honeymoon to California this month. She was very thorough and communicative. We plan on using Travel Haus again and working with Jessica in the future.

Rachel Madigan planned our dream honeymoon to Italy. We told her what we were looking for and our budget, and she came delivered the perfect package. While on our trip, we missed flights because of delays and the airlines lost one of our bags. Rachel worked with the airlines while we were abroad to get our luggage to us and made sure we had new flight arrangements. She was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Rachel!

My wife and I took a trip to Riviera Maya (and stayed at the El Dorado Royale resort) for our honeymoon and had a blast! Samantha Werbiski at Travel Haus did a great job of helping us plan our honeymoon, from finding the resort to planning our excursions outside of the resort to see Mayan ruins and swim with dolphins. She assisted us in finding a non-stop flight from St. Louis to Cancun and did everything she could to make our trip enjoyable while staying within our budget. I would highly recommend working with the individuals at Travel Haus - everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jessica was a great help when we ran into some unexpected snafus on our vacation! She did an awesome job with our Ireland vacation!

Rachel Madigan helped us plan our family trip to Riviera Maya. From when we left the steps of our home in STL to the moment we touched down a week later at Lambert, Rachel had everything planned out perfectly for us. We had a group of 6 that went to Mexico and Rachel put together an amazing trip for us! We are located in central Missouri and even though we were hours away from the actual office, Rachel made everything work for us so easily!!

I worked with Jessica Pressler on picking the perfect resort in Los Cabos for our vacation. I have to say that this will always be one of the most memorable vacations because this is where my fiance proposed to me. This was the first time that I worked with a travel agent and Travel House and I hope that we will continue working together. We stayed at the Secret Marquis and it was beautiful. I can't wait to work with Jessica again and this time hopefully on our honeymoon. Thank you for everything that you did!!

In this day and age, travel agents are argued to be obsolete with the rise of travel websites. I had never used one before or even really known anyone using one. So, when planning our honeymoon, which would be the biggest vacation of our life, I figured let's look into it and see what it's about. We came across Funjet at a wedding show and found a local agent, Travel Haus!



I emailed the office (about a year and a half before our honeymoon) and received a response almost immediately from Mike -- we set up a time to meet in person that week. My fiancé (at the time) and I met with Mike together and we spent a long time talking about what we hope to get out of the vacation, our interests, personalities, etc. It seemed kind of funny to talk that much about ourselves, but there's a method to this he explained -- he was matching us up with the endless number of resorts to see what would be a good match for us. Interestingly, he suggested a resort that I had previously considered in my own researching for honeymoon options.



He hit the nail on the head with that and some might ask why go through a travel agent for that if you know the resort you want? Well, after our meeting, I compared prices to his quote and what the hotel would charge and it was the same. We paid no additional costs for the service of a travel agent, yet I believe we got a better value. We upgraded our airline tickets to Funjet to the Front, which was not too expensive, but we realized very valuable -- basically like first class with taking the first class line to check your bags (which after seeing the huge long line of people in the regular line it was worth it!), seated at the front of the plane, and extra leg room. That cost a bit of money, but not much. He also arranged private transfers for us (no charge!), helped us get a free room upgrade, put us on VIP list for priority bagging, connected with the hotel staff to ensure everything was ready for us upon arrival and perfect, and kept an eye on us while we were there to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. All of this was non-invasive but very much appreciated as he was able to do some things in the back end to make our trip bump free/more pleasant.



During our process of booking, Mike checked in on us, answered all of my many questions (quickly by the way -- even if out of the country!), helped us through the process of sorting out our options with cost/days of our stay, and more. He really made planning our honeymoon effortless and smooth. It's nice to have someone whose in the business to know what resorts are the ones to go to, how to fix problems if they arise, is responsive, reliable, and so on. We were in great hands and we loved our resort -- it was the perfect honeymoon!



Bonus for me is that now my husband has a connection with a travel agent so that he can easily book future trips for us for my birthday or other special occasions (hint, hint) :-)

I worked with Teresa Brumfield for my Destination Wedding. She worked very hard to arrange our guests travelling from all across the country. A total of 38 people! We settled on Dreams Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We are so very happy we did. The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful! She made it so painless to plan a destination wedding. She is very knowledgeable and helped my guests feel comfortable travelling out of the country. I highly recommend Travel Haus for all of your future travel needs!

We worked with Kelly at Travel Haus to plan a beach vacation for our ten year wedding anniversary. We were looking for a resort with great food, top shelf liquor, and a swim-up room. Kelly suggested El Dorado Casitas Royale and her recommendation was spot on. She arranged private transfer to and from the airport and ensured our hotel room was exactly what we were looking for. Kelly communicated with the hotel to notify them of our anniversary and the staff made several nice gestures to help us celebrate. Upon arrival at our resort we also received a personal note from Travel Haus with best wishes for our vacation. We were very pleased with the service we received from Travel Haus and we look forward to working with Kelly again.

We used Travelhaus for our destination wedding in Riveria Maya. We stayed at the El Dorado Royale for 10 days and had some issues with the resort during our trip. Travelhaus has been working with us nonstop, even after the wedding to make sure that theses issues with the resort have been resolved. Overall, we had a great wedding and honeymoon. It also helped that Kelly Morman, our travel agent, had also been married at the same resort, so she was able to give us some great tips and advice during the wedding planning process.

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Mexico. The trip was amazing and I can not thank Teresa Brumfield and Travel Haus enough for all of their help in booking our trip. Can't wait to go again.

She was very knowledgeable, took into consideration what we wanted and how much we could afford, and made planning every last detail stress free. We had a slight hiccup with our flight being delayed but Teresa stepped in to help us out even while being out of the office! We are so extremely thankful for her amazing customer service. After we arrived at our destination, everything was perfect. We have absolutely no complaints about anything and had the time of our lives. We are definitely going back to St. Lucia/the Caribbean again and we will most definitely book through Travel Haus and Teresa! Thank you so much!
