I have always booked our trips myself online, but decided I would call a travel agency this time. Teresa was awesome right from the beginning. It was nice to let someone else do the booking and I liked knowing if I had any problems I could call her. I will use her for all trips in the future. She was friendly, professional and very helpful.

We booked our honeymoon with Julie at Travel Haus. She was so helpful before and during our honeymoon. Would recommend her and Travel Haus for anyone wanting to book a honeymoon or vacation.

Kelly from Travel Haus is awesome to work with. Her attention to detail and efficiency made booking the trip a breeze. We traveled with a group of 10 and it was great having a private transfer, snacks on the bus, and a gift at our room. We would do business with Travel Haus again in an instant. Our entire group gave a big thumbs up to the Valentin Imperial Maya, its a great getaway at an adults only resort. Best vacation to Mexico yet.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Kelly Morman at Travel Haus of St Louis!! My husband and I recently had a destination wedding in Mexico and we could not have done it without Kelly! We had family and friends coming from Houston, St Louis, & DC coming in and leaving throughout the week! Kelly was SO great in answering all my questions and working with all of our family and friends to get them the flights and accommodations they needed. I know one of the main reasons I was not a nervous wreck was because I knew Kelly had it all under control. She was so helpful in getting information from the resorts on the details we wanted at the wedding without even seeing the reception area! Everything was absolutely perfect! From the resort, to the decorations, to the photographer, we couldn't have done it without Kelly! Our friends and family are still commenting that was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we have Kelly to thank for making it all happen for us as well as our guests! I had a wonderful experience with Travel Haus. My (now) husband and I booked our honeymoon through them and they were beyond helpful. Kelly is a jewel and answered any random questions I had. I definitely plan to use them again in addition to recommending them to family and friends.

I refer all of my friends and family to Travel Haus. Mike has been my agent for over 15 years and has been invaluable on several trips. I travel often and would never be without an excellent agent for those times when things do not go as planned. Travel Haus is that excellent agency. Mike truely cares about his customers and earns their trust and loyalty. His knowledge of the industry is outstanding and he can make suggestions that will make the difference between an OK and a GREAT vacation.

The Travel Haus is excellent. With all the travel sites out there a lot of people have been moving away from travel agents. I can tell you from experience, when something goes wrong it helps to have someone in your corner. Our flight home from Europe was canceled due to Hurricane Sandy and the airline told us it would be two days before they could get us home. Kelly at Travel Haus came into the office after hours and found a flight that got us back home the same day our original flight. Kelly spent hours working the back channels to get these flights changed. If we went at this alone we would have spent hours on hold and paid by cell charges the minute. We have been pleased with all our experience booking through Travel Haus, but this one demonstrated their true value.

My daughter and I just returned from a trip to France put together by Kelly Brazil. Everything was perfect - transportation, hotels, and tours. In Paris, we stayed in a small hotel where we were treated more like household guests than hotel guests. The staff was so caring and helpful. Kelly suggested we take a 'chocolate' walking tour while in Paris. We visited the best chocolateries and boulangeries in Paris - and enjoyed samples in each. Thanks, Kelly, for all your help. You did an excellent job putting this together for us.

Travel Haus is great. I'm one of the girls that goes on the girls trip with Mahogany. It's at least 7 different girls calling from different states to make payments and inquire about certain things. Kelly is always courteous and patient. I appreciate them and will continue to use them.

I have used Travel Haus of St. Louis a couple of times to plan a girls trip every year. I love how they provided you with options for your travel. I call and say "I want to go somewhere that has XYZ" and they come back with several different options with different price points for me to choose from. Travel Haus takes their time with you and they do an excellent job of providing you with the proper documents and information that you need for your trip.

I worked with Kelly Brazill to plan my wedding in Jamaica. The funny thing is, I never use travel agents....but my family wanted me to use one so that they could set up payment arrangements. Can you imagine how upset and embarrassed I was when only one of them used the agent?! Even though most of my guests booked on their own, Kelly continued to treat me like a VIP. She saved me from completely losing my mind when my original location didn't work out a few months before the wedding. She called the resort and wedding coordinator on my behalf to get answers for me. She helped me pick out accessories and details for my wedding. She was always attentive and supportive. I felt like she cared about me and my wedding and that really made all the difference.

Mike was awesome made the process a breeze! We had an amazing time at Tower Isle.

Worked with Kelly Brazill to plan a trip to Italy which was absolutely amazing! We had a lot of demands for our Trip that needed to be planned in a short amount of time and Kelly met them all. All our hotels and Transfers were great and the trip from Venice to Positano to Rome was seamless. We will definitely be working with Kelly to plan future Trips. Thank you Travel Haus!

We booked our destination wedding with Gayle. She was amazing. She went out of her way to find special sleeping accommodations for the grooms mother. I had no idea where to start and a million questions to ask. Gayle basically did all the planning for me. I wouldn't have had a clue without her. She was always there with an answer or a suggestion to make our special day perfect. I recommend Travel Haus for any travel needs.

Thanks to Gayle and Mike, our wedding (with 30 guests) on a beautiful beach in Mexico was a DREAM come true! We got married in April 2011 and have since booked 2 more trips with them. We spent a week in Novemeber on the beach and are now looking forward to a 1 year anniversary get-a-way! Wonderful service, friendly, eager to help and worry free weddiing/vacation planning are just a few of the great things I'll mention about them. They have always worked with any request and always find a GREAT deal with lots of options to choose from (better than my many internt searches offer)! Thanks for taking over the endless hours (and headache) I previously spent looking for the best places/prices...Travel Haus is where it's at!

We just returned from the Iberostar- Beach Resort in Cancun. Very nice beach with the bar and daily BBQ very close. Plenty of beach activities if you are inclined to join. It is a very big resort so walking is required. They do have a shuttle but it isnt worh waiting for. The Restaurants required slacks which didnt make sense to me but the food was good at the Brazilizn, Japanese and Steak House. We weren't able to get an early seating, so if you don't like eating late , that's a problem. The taco stand was outstanding and the buffet was just ok.

The service was very good and we would go back in a minute. If you go, look up Jorge at the front desk, he is very helpful
