THEY WERE FANTASTIC! now I know that you won't always be in and out of there within 40 min. like I did ... but they were polite, fast, AND LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that you can walk out with your MEDS!!!! no going and dropping off - waiting to get filled.... GO THERE FIRST!!

Very good experience! Knowledgeable and professional staff, plus immaculate facility. Dr. Dinkel seemed to really care about the fact that I was in distress, and went out of his way to help me. In and out in 1.5 hours, including chest Xrays and a shot. I will definitely recommend, and be back if needed!!

First time there....great experience. Would certainly go back if the need arose. Fast, friendly and convenient. Also, they were able to give my my prescription to save me a trip to the pharmacy...which was very welcomed since I felt terrible and just wanted to go home and sleep! I highly recommend Total Access.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Dinkel was also genuinely concerned and had a great bedside manner. I've been to urgent care offices before where the doctor doesn't really care and just writes you a prescription to get you out the door. Dr. Dinkel actually cared about helping me. I had a very positive experience and would visit this facility again, if needed.

I have used Total Access Urgent care on numerous occasions. I've always been in and out in less than half an hour. The staff is very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else for my Urgent Care needs. I highly recommend Total Access.

I always receive great care here. The staff is extremely nice and caring. The doctor at this location I have seen a few times and has remembered me and is knowledgeable on my condition and is always so caring and helpful. I trust this doctor and his staff with all of my medical issues and would not go anywhere else.

Walked in and was out in 45 minutes tops. Checked in online and limited my paperwork! Very friendly fast and efficient.

The wait time was almost nothing, the staff went above and beyond to help me, and the doctor sat down and listened to everything I had to say. I'm very impressed with this place.

This Urgent Care office has become my go-to dr's office for immediate healthcare. I have a myriad of complex health issues I'm dealing with, which at times need immediate attention in addition to my regular dr's appts. The staff at this office are kind, caring, compassionate and utterly professional and knowledgable. They are very efficient and fast with their services - there has never been a time I've waited in their waiting room, I've always been taken back to a room and assessed immediately. No longer do I worry about making a drs appt when sick, I just go here. With their 8-8 hours, I know any day of the week I can get fast effective care. Most recently, I have a sinus infection also causing breathing issues. They had me on a breathing treatment immediately following assessment, quickly did a lung X-ray and assessed. I was quickly breathing much easier, and left a short time later with medicine in hand, as they knew I was in a time crunch.

Beyond this, several months ago my boyfriend was having a serious heart attack. We didn't know, altho I strongly suspected, what was happening. I called ahead and let them know what was happening symptom wise.. They said to get him in immediately and they would have everything ready, which they did. They rushed him back and onto an EKG, confirming suspicions. They then immediately called an ambulance, and called over to St Anthony's across the street, who then rushed him immediately into treatment. He was out of surgery before we knew it. They literally saved his life with their quick action.i can't speak highly enough of this staff and office for urgent care needs. I highly recommend!

I scalded my fire arm and wasn't sure what to do, it hurt really bad and I have other health issues so figured I would bite the bullet and go get it checked, so glad I picked this place!! They were so kind, patient and had this awesome cream that really works and they were sweet about my super quirkiness... I was hurting and trying to ignore it and was a little hyper :) I'm akward anyway and they really put me at ease, I was in and out in about 30 mins and the cost for co pay plus take home cream and bandaging was less than a copay alone at the ER!! They provide a lot of great services and are a great alternative to an ER for non life treating stuff!

Went in and was treated right away. Had meds their. Didn't have to go to a pharmacy. Very professional staff!

My son split his chin open at a gym event before school on a Monday morning. Thinking he would need stitches or glue, I brought him here. I had been here with my husband. The staff was fantastic with my 9-year-old son. He's never had stitches and was scared, but the staff talked to him on his level and the doctor explained exactly what he was going to do. Super fast service also. Great job team!!

Took my son in for a cough. We got in and out super quick and the staff was great. Kid friendly as well. We also got our prescriptions on site. Loved that. They did a great job!

Total Aeccess took great care of me when I was sick. I was taken back fast and there was little to no waiting for the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgablee and listened to my concerns.

I wanted to use a local facility. I've used Walgreen's before to get my flu shot, but it always seems to busy with the Phamacy and cashiers near the clinic. For my visit to this facility it was quiet and not hectic - I had to wait a little, but being less hectic was well worth the wait.
