I have been to this facility before. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've never waited longer than 5 min to be taken back to a room. The doctor is always very nice and explains everything to you. They have a pharmacy on site and is very affordable. Very Professional I highly recommend them!

I was working in the basement and got something in my eye, through out the day it was getting really uncomfortable. I called Total Access Urgent Care and they said come on in . When arrived they got me right in and within a hour the particle was out of my eye, they had medication I could buy at a good price. I found the whole experience so easy on a Saturday evening. thank you, Jack H.

Dr. Karahodzic saw me yesterday and got me in and out, i didnt have to wait on any of the staff either, they figured out i had bronchitis, gave me a chest x-ray real quick and got me what i needed to cure the bronchitis and sore throat. I was going to call off work yesterday but thankfully i went to urgent care and got some medicine so i wasnt coughing or having sore throat. Nurses were also very good at they're jobs.

The staff who was there which was Whitney,Natalie and Dr.Sorries were quick,extremely nice,efficient and very knowledgeable...had been there twice before and service was the same if not better...I've been to numerous "Doc in the Box" in the area over the years and will ONLY go to this one...I came here because of the reviews I had read and they could not have been more appropriate...come here whether you can see your normal doctor or not...oh...wait time and exam was almost 45 minutes even with folks ahead of me...took twice as long to fill the medicine they gave me at Wal-Mart...

Staff and doctors are outstanding professionals! I would go there any time and recommend them to everyone. I had pneumonia and they quickly diagnosed me and I was able to get my meds there.

This was my first time here and I am an out of towner. i wouldn't go anywhere else in St. Louis. They were impeccably quick, clean, and professional. When you are sick, having knowledgeable professionals take care of you in a timely manner makes a world of difference and Total Access did this very well.

My first time there was 12/28/2014 and was in a out in 40 minutes probably would of been faster but had to wait for culture results. The entire staff was very friendly and helped you right away if you had any questions. Would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

This is my second experience with TOTAL ACCESS., The first was your Rock Hill location for treatment of the Shingles , and yesterday at your Chiippewa St. location finding out I had pneumonia. I was treated by Dr. Dinkel at each location.. A true professional who seems to truly care about each patient and what they have to say! Each person on the team from the time you walk in until you leave. are very kind. And yesterday they were bombarded with patients. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I have used TAUC several times and every time I go I am seen just minutes after checking in. Very clean and modern facility. Everybody is always very friendly and helpful. Doctors are always very nice. Also, getting your meds right there is really nice too. No standing at a pharmacy after the visit spreading your germs around other people. I have referred several people to TAUC and they like it also. Good experience

I've seen Dr. Dinkel 2 different times and he is professional and informative. He does a very thorough exam and explains everything in detail. Both times I had a very good experience at Urgent Care. I'm in a lot of pain and a little disappointed that the meds aren't doing much yet, but I guess I need to give them time. I'd definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing care when your primary doctor is unavailable. Thank you Dr. Dinkel!
