I went in on Memorial Day with back pain. The wait time was very minimal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was grateful that their services were so comprehensive; in addition to being seen by a nurse and doctor, I also had X-rays taken and medicine dispensed. No extra errands to run at the pharmacy!

Have been to the jamieson urgent care in st Louis hills a few times. I love this place Good Doctors, Treat you like a patient and they are real fast. Best place I have seen

This is hands down the best Urgent Care facility I have ever seen. Honestly, faster service than my GP. I have already told multiple co-workers about this place. Will definitely use again.

What a great experience....and I am picky because I am an RN. This is how healthcare should be everywhere. Service was fast, accurate, and professional and the facility was so clean. They even had cable and Wi-Fi. I was X-Rayed, seen by the physician, fitted with an air cast, and on my way in less than 30 minutes! They even have pharmacy meds on site so it is truly one-stop urgent care. I highly recommend it!

This was by far one of the best urgent care visits I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me just as soon as I walked in. They got my information, co-pay and got me straight to a room. The nurse/assistant and doctor/practitioner were both super friendly and provided a lot of good advice!! Highly recommend!

From the second I walked into the office, I received friendly and professional care. Everyone is great in the office (I've been there twice). I made an appointment online and was ushered into the examining room upon my arrival at the office. The doctor's assistant got me started and then the doctor came in and diagnosed me and got me a prescription right in the office - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Even if I would have had to wait in the examining room, the room had cable TV and a remote control!

Went in on Friday at 945 for extreme ear pain. Office was very clean and desk clerk was extremely friendly. It was my first time there and I had some paperwork to fill out while they scanned my ID and Insurance. I was taken back to a room within 10 minutes. I sat in the room for another 10 min and a nurse came and took my vitals and ask what my problem was. 5 minutes later the Doctor saw me and confirmed that I had an ear infection. I was given the choice if I wanted them to fill my prescription or have them send it to my pharmacy. FYI if they fill it they do not use the insurance you have. I choice to have mine sent out cause I only pay 10 w my insurance. I was back home in less then an hour.

Very impressed with this urgent care. We have been there a couple of times. Once for the flu, then a back issue and today a sprain. The staff is great and they are fast but willing to listen. Even the little things like having a tv in the room is great, especially when you have kids. Today we drove past another urgent care to get to Total Access. Thanks for the awesome treatment!!

Such a pleasant experience. All staff members were very friendly, yet very efficient and professional. They quickly diagnosed my problems and provided care directions and medication. Would definitely recommend this for your acute care needs!

This was my 2nd visit to Total Access Urgent Care. Just like the first time, I was greeted promptly and had my information taken. I was in an exam room in less than 5 minutes and completely out of the office in about 30 minutes. Everyone is always beyond friendly. I got the treatment I needed and went out the door feeling better!

Great doctors ,great nurses and they give excellent care best urgent care in the st.Louis area even better then most emergency departments I love them every time I sick they make sure I get the best care hands down.

Very friendly staff. They were also fast at getting my son in and seen by the doctor. I was very impressed as I have had very bad experiences with past (other) urgent cares. All Access is a great place to go if you are in need of an urgent care.

Super fast to get in to see the doctor. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I even just received a follow up call from the clinic to see how I was feeling....Talk about AWESOME customer service!!!!

The staff was friendly. I was impressed that the doctor actually took the time to listen to previous treatments that I had and the issue that I was having. I have been to three other doctors, including and Ear Nose and Throat specialist without feeling any better. I have to say thank you so much for treating me by actually listening and treating me as an individual person, not just another number.

Good experience. Came in at 7:15pm on a night where it snowed 6 inches and the people working were pleasant and attentive.
