Great and friendly service from the time I entered until I left. Did not wait long to be checked in and once I was in a room I was checked on several times before I was seen! Great facility with wonderful and knowledgeable staff! Would highly recommend.

On several occasions when my husband or I have had a mishap, Total Access Urgent Care has provided prompt and appropriate care, or sent us to the hospital if that was necessary. Our care at the facility has been excellent. Ten days after my recent fall, there is hardly any sign of the injuries!

I have been going there since they opened. The staff is wonderful, caring, professional, and helpful. I have been there for many different issues through the years and have always felt well taken care of. It is quick, convenient, comfortable. Total access has replaced my primary care physician because it is so convenient...they do practically everything there, including filling prescriptions. The best!

As always, everyone at TAUC was polite, respectful, caring, and responsive to my specific questions. They also provided a thorough examination AND detailed instructions about follow-up. A TAUC experience is the way all medical care should be.

I have used this urgent care more than once. Every time they are VERY fast with their service. Friendly staff, efficient. As a nurse myself I'm beyond impressed with their systems and care provided. Highly recommended.

I have (unfortunately) visited this urgent care 4 times in the past month, and every time I have been very impressed. I have had stitches put in, a rash taken care of, and a torn MCL identified and crutches administered. Went there originally because it was the only urgent care open past 8:00 when I cut my hand open and had to get stitches. The wait time was super short, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They were sure to review my medical history and check for drug interactions. I received a phone call after every visit a few days later to check up, and I was given a great list of references for other doctors. This is definitely my go to urgent care from now on! Online check in is a great plus too!

Urgent Care in Rock Hill is amazing! I was in an examining room within 5 minutes of arrival. Their staff was extremely professional and thorough. I am a teacher so my work hours prevent me from having time to see my internist. The doctors and staff of Urgent Care forward my medical records to my internist plus follow up with me to see how I am feeling. They even gave me a CD copy of my X-rays. Two week ago I went to Urgent Care because I had an upper respiratory infection. Yesterday I return to Urgent Care because I had taken all of my meds but was still coughing. I like that I can be examined, have a chest X-ray plus have my prescriptions filled in the same building! I would highly recommend Rock Hill Urgent Care to anyone!

This place is amazing! They got me in right away and made me feel comfortable and listened to. Staff was so friendly and empathetic. I was very anxious because I was having heart palpitations and a hard time breathing and they found out what was causing it (which had been missed when I went to the ER a few days prior to this). I would recommend them to anyone!

I use this facility often instead of waiting for an appointment with my primary care doctor. They are very friendly and the doctors are quite knowledgeable about urgent care matters. I've used them several times and have never been disappointed in the service I have received from this office. I will continue to go there when needed.

This was my second time there, and they are so friendly and thorough. Everyone tells you their name, and their friendliness feels genuine. They found the source of my problem when the ER couldn't.
