I've been here twice. Once for support with a friend and the 2nd for myself. Both times I have had phenomenal service. Every single person was helpful and friendly. People seem to genuinely care about your well being. Dr. Matt Bruckel fixed me right up.

This place is fantastic! I was treated quickly, professionally and with care and compassion. I will never go to the ER again. Special shout out to Troy Fuchs PA and his team that treated me the other day. Can't say enough good things about this place!

I will never go to a hospital again! I can't believe how fast! 30 min from walking in the door to leaving with a smile. The entire staff was so friendly and so professional.

Once again you came to my rescue. I was taken promptly, received excellent attention, got the diagnosis I needed and every medication except Tamiflu (but you called it in right away and it was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy). And I appreciated the follow-up call I received today. My only complaint is that your desk personnel were coughing a lot which made me wonder if they were spreading germs all over the place. I was given a face mask and I wasn't coughing nearly as much as they were. Not cool.

We have been using Total Access Urgent Care since it first opened. Very convenient and you can usually be seen by a Doctor and get a prescription all in the same visit. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Just what you need when you're not feeling well. We have referred many people to them and will continue to do so.

Total Urgent Care was recommended to me by 2 acquaintances. I was so glad I went!! From the minute I entered at the center, I was wow'd! From the receptionist to the paramedic, physician's assistant and doctor, the professionalism combined with empathy resulted in an amazing doctor visit. I can't wait to go again!! I will drive the extra distance to go to this center.

The staff and doctors at this facility were awesome I am a new mother and my son came down with pneumonia and was very worried the doctor Mr Troy was kind and caring and made my son smile even when he was sick. Thank you all so much for the kindness and care that we received during our visit����

This place was amazing! The wait was short and everyone was very welcoming and nice! They actually diagnosed me and gave me medicine to help me get better which two other doctors had failed to do. I feel better already! Definitely going back!

I love this place! Any time I'm sick or suffering a flare up from MS they are so willing to help me. I have never had service like this from my doctor to emergency rooms ever. I have never waited to be seen they are very prompt on triage and seeing the doctor and the doctor takes his time with you and actually show compassion and give great advice. I was in need of care two weeks ago for severe leg and foot pain, they did a ultra sound right on the spot to make sure I didn't have a blood clot and thank God I didn't. I was still unable to see my primary care doctor so I went back to them they did x-rays to make sure nothing was broken. They spoke at great length with me explaining follow up care with a neurologist. They gave me a list of people to see and referred me to them. This is something my dr. was not doing and Dr.Bruckel and his other Dr.'s knew this is what I needed and I'm so thankful that they were so helpful to me. I felt stuck and if I didn't go to them I would still feel horrible,but now I'm able to get thing rolling thanks to them. Thank you so much to Dr. Bruckel and all the incredible staff he has working there. You have given me hope and I will never forget this!

Wonderful place! No waiting even though they were busy. Very fast and friendly staff and Dr. Len was wonderful. Will certainly return if we need to be seen by a doc.

Really like Total Access. The staff, doctors, and nurses are all friendly and very helpful. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. One of the things I like the most about Total Access is that they can get you your prescription on-site, so you can avoid having to wait elsewhere.
