Upon entering I was seen immediately. Very , very pleased with my experience. Everyone was great and they were quick to get my vitals and X-rays. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

Dr. Brueckel and his staff are wonderful. They saw us right away and provided a great experience. Everyone we encountered were friendly, concerned and efficient. Dr. Brueckel treated us with respect and humor. He put us at ease and explained each step. Definitely recommend this location if you need Urgent Care services!!

I visited this Urgent Care for the first time today. Service was prompt and all staff were friendly and helpful. When you're not feeling your best, a smile and timeliness can make all the difference.

This was my third visit to Total Access Urgent Care, and I continue to be very impressed with the service, the staff, and the facility. Service is quick and extremely professional. And the facility is spotless. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.

This was my 1st time using an urgent care facility. The staff was friendly and the wait was not long at all. Dr. Matt Bruckel was very thorough and accomodating and even left me his cell number to call after hours if I needed to. I was very pleased with the service I recieved and would recommend this facility to others.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I am in the medical field and went there expecting to wait for a long time and have average service. I was extremely pleased when I was taken straight back to an exam room. Everyone I encountered was very nice! To top things off I left with my prescription filled instead of having to make another stop to have them filled. Dr. Bruckel was very nice and empathetic! I am not from the area but would not hesitate to go back again if I had to when I am in the area again.

I work in the medical field and let me just say this was some if the best care I have had. So personal and caring. I would recommend anyone here.

Proficiency at its best. The staff and physicians were so friendly and our MD had a great bedside manner. Even had the antibiotics filled for us on checkout. I think we were out with prescription filled in 30 mins. Thays amazing! Definitely my new urgent care facility.

The care was quick but thorough. The staff and doctors were so friendly and considerate. Medicine was available onsite!

Best caring staff, nurses and doctors. They took care of me quickly, very attentive, caring, and some of the best. Received Iv fluids, Iv abx, pain medicine, labs, and CT on site very quickly and left with proper diagnosis, treatment plan and medication at bedside. Love this place

if I will ever need to see a doctor again, I will be so looking forward to see this crew at Rock Hill location. Each one of them are so pleasant and friendly. Everyone was very caring and friendly and the place was clean. I got there and was immediately seen on one day and the next time I went there was a long line before me, but I was seen within 30 minutes! Outstanding!

Really great place; very clean and fast, I was in and out. The staff is sociable and knows their stuff! They took great care of me and will go back in the future.

Today was my fourth visit to this facility and care and service are outstanding. The staff is very efficient (no wait), courteous, competent and professional. They are attentive and caring. I want to say how extremely grateful we are for the excellent service we have received twice at the Total Access Urgent Care. Both times we were in and out, accurately diagnosed, fixed up and on the mend quickly. In all seriousness this experience is better than sitting in the primary care physician’s office for hour on end. Thanks to Dr. Bruckell and the entire staff! Excellent Organization!

This place was great. During my visit the staff did what was expected and more; if you want to be taken care of this is the place to go!!!
