I had an AC electrical issue this week during the 100 plus degree weather. Barney came out took a look and diagnosed the problem right away. I had to call over the weekend to ask a question. I could not believe that he actually answered the phone and took my call on a Sunday afternoon!!! He then followed up with me on Monday without being prompted to ensure that everything was working properly and to ask if I had any other questions. I could not believe that this kind of customer service actually exists anymore!!!! I will definitely recommend this electrician to my friends and associates. He is the one to call when you need an electrician. I wholeheartedly endorse this business!!!!!

He came to my house on time, took care of the problem, and his charges are reasonable. We have had Barney repair other home projects that have gone awry, and next time I will call him BEFORE we try to do it ourselves!

Barney was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. He put our security lighting on timers and changed the back yard flood lighting for increased coverage. Although some additional unplanned hardware was required, Barney completed the job under the original estimate. We are very satisfied with his work, feel he was fair and honest and will use him again, when the need arrises.

Girl! This guy is great! He's on time, he even came on a Saturday night. He's efficient and he's nice. Oh, yea and he fixed the problem...so that makes him knowledgeable, too.

We've lived in the Rockwall area for nearly 10 years now and the ONLY electrician we would ever use is Barney. He's the real thing - professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. We recently moved to Sunnyvale and purchased a beautiful home built in 2001. The only thing that we wanted was some outside lighting to show off the home at night and provide added security. I contacted several electricians to get prices and recommendations on what they felt would be the best. The only person that came out and then would be the actual person to do the job was Barney, he spent time really reviewing the options and discussing the pros and cons of each one. We agreed on a plan and Barney delivered exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. My wife and I are very pleased and would gladly recommend Barney to our friends and relatives.

I had an electrical problem that my handy man could not diagnose and Barney figured it out in no time. He was very quick, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Barney's Electric did a great job. We had a tankless water heater system short out and they fixed it right away. They were very thorough and didn't miss any details. I already have another landscaping light project scheduled with them later this week. If you need an electrician....call Barney's!

Barney is the BEST!!!! We recently had Barney's Electric install lighting in the Eves of our home and it looks amazing. Everyone that has driven by our home has commented on how wonderful the lighting looks. We told Barney what we were looking for and gave him full reign to do as he thought best and we are extremely happy with the outcome. He is very professional, dependable and trustworthy. Barney is the fastest, most friendly electrician I have dealt with. I do commercial construction and none of the "BIG GUYS" wanted my small job. I was expecting an all day job. In and out in 3 hours and by far the best price I was quoted. If there ever comes a need for an electrician BARNEY is who I will call!

Barney's Electric is professional, quality and customer service driven, reliable and reputable. He is always on time and very efficient. We had Barney replace and install 7 ceiling fans, plus fix a broken light on our car port. He was there early in the morning and finished the same day. When the light on our carport went out again a short time later, he came and replaced it free of charge. Anytime I need something done, he is there and comes in at a much lower price point than any competitors out there. He's just an all around great guy and knows everything there is to know about electrical problems and does a fine job. I couldn't recommend anyone more! We bought a house that needed a lot of electrical work. One estimate we received was from a company that markets itself on television--you know the one. They quoted a price that was obviously inflated by thousands of dollars. A contractor (from a different field) who happened to be working at our house that day overheard the conversation and was amazed. He recommended Barney. Good thing! The first company was not only price gouging, they included electrical work in their estimate that was unnecessary. Also, before he even started the job, Barney spotted several issues that the first company missed. He was conscientious and efficient in completing the work. In short, Barney did an excellent job in correcting complex electrical issues for us. He ended up doing much more work for us than the first company quoted (including several things from my wish list that I was going to put off) and he charged far less. What's not to like about that?! Good job, Barney!!!

Barney has been our electrician for many years and he is not only very reliable, he keeps up with recalled items like the breaker box we had replaced just today.

I would recommend him to anyone.

Wanted to share my wonderful experience with Barney's Electric. I had an outlet that was melting right in front of my eyes, and my first thought was to call Barney. He installed some chandeliers for me a couple of years ago and I remembered his helpfulness then, so I didn't hesitate to call even though it was after hours and an emergency visit. He was at my house in 10 minutes, and fixed my outlet. It was still warm, and that is very scary for someone who knows nothing about electricity! A BIG THANK YOU to Barney for his extra quick response and saving my house! Rockwall has the best local electrician anyone could need.

We have used Barneys Electric for several years now. We've had big projects like hottub wiring to small stuff like a new doorbell install and we have always been thrilled with the price and the prompt service. The job site is always neatly cleaned up too. Barney is great & he's our first choice for our electrical work.
