I had Service Pro Sean Grasse come out to my home to do the monthly service and my boyfriend did not let me know, I am a work at home and was not prepared and a little behind in my day.. The service pro was very polite professional and understanding. I felt bad because I may have came off rude but he was still very polite and professional. Did the spray and thanked me for my time.
